Ordered a home delivery. They scheduled the delivery providing an 8 hour slot. I've spent the whole day at home but the delivery has never arrived. There was no communication about changing the delivery day so I had to call the store myself. They offered to "reschedule" the delivery for me in 3 days. I'm wondering what would have happened if I hadn't called? Would they have just forgotten about the order? Anyway, I needed the thing sooner so I canceled the order. Choose the store's home delivery only if you like wasting your time.

I was able to obtain two long pieces of wood for £15 without interacting with anyone, which might be for the best given some of the other reviews! Free parking right outside the shop too.

Really rude store manager, has no respect for her workers or customers. Walks around on her phone, denies customers help, when asked for help she blank out refused and told us to go to someone else, the list goes on, if I could put -50 stars I definitely would. Waste of time coming here if the store manager doesn?t give any care in the world about her staff and customers. Don?t even bother coming here.

Delivery can?t be made and they don?t even inform you by email or phone call. Rescheduled delivery without letting you know even you picked up that day and sit in house from 8am-8pm just to wait for the delivery and I paid over £12 for the delivery. Even worse, they deleted 2 products from the whole delivery at the same time. Everything has to be rescheduled and they don?t pay a penny or even apologise to you!

-1 Star if possible. This market doesn't deserve to operate. Price on display £7 for tube of sealant adhesive. They charge me £9 .. After realising that they refund me back. But how may people has been scammed like that??? ???

Placed an order 4 pm 1 day before for a job next day, booked a van, and ready to work, just for them to call me at 7am to tell me that some items are out of stock. wonderful, thinking that they promise the order would be ready in one hour. Keep it going. VAn hire money lost, Client pissed. Well

Decent size store with a good range. I didn't have to queue at the till but i think thats because i went at a non busy time. There was customer being rude to another customer, and the man on the till managed to joke with the (2nd) customer after which seemed to diffuse the situation and lighten the mood

What a ridiculous service at Trade Point till. Two young girls have no barcodes for the standard plasterboards and no barcodes for the metal frame studs at till. And they offered me to go far and find these codes and bring to them. Refused to call for manager and and absolutely not interested in customers. Just looking on me and told it is my obligation to run all round the store to bring them barcodes. Pass thru this store especially at 5.15 pm.

We went to Becton to buy a radiator however it had no price tag so we looked for somebody to help and we found Steve G who had amazing customer service and helped us out very kindly, he checked the price making sure we got what we were looking for.Thank you very much Steve!

Although the store is laid out well and easy to navigate, it?s very hard to find anyone available to help. I have been there 5-6 times during the school holidays and each time the experience has been the same. I managed to find what I need but service was not great. Everytime I had the same lady at the tills and the only one there with long queues, unfortunately it was not her fault she was going as fast as she could but customers kept adding to the queue. It was clearly a rota or management issue to deal with this. So as much as it was not the lady?s fault the store managers have failed over and over again in the 5-6 times I have visited. I then started to just order online as I spent way to long in queues in that store.

Terrible Customer service rude and very unhelpful staff. Duty Manager (Donna) needs to go back for more training. They have one star to wright this. I will never use them again.I placed an order online and it was coming from the Beckton branch. I received a text confirming the order and order date and the time was AM delivery. I called customer service at 1:30 p.m. as my order had not arrived by 12. p.m. After 15 minutes of waiting on hold, I was told I would be put through to Beckton. I was on hold for a feather 15 minutes only to be cut off. I called Beckton again for 10 -15 minutes once the phone was answered I was told I would be put through to the delivery department As the phone was answered I gave the order number and asked why the order had not arrived the phone was put down. I phoned again this time I was told that the Duty Manager (Donna) would look into it and call me back 1 hour later the Duty Manager (Donna) had not called back. After more calls and getting no information about my order a number of different staff laughed that I had not received my order. The Duty Manager (Donna) told me at 2.30 pm the order had been cancelled and rebooked for Monday 18th September. when I said this wasn't excitable the Duty Manager (Donna) told me I would get a refund, I asked for confirmation of the refund she told she couldn't do that The Duty Manager (Donna) disconnected the call. On checking my e-mail to find The Duty Manager (Donna ) refunded me £12.00 I paid £125.00 for loft installation. Where is the rest of my money? What did the Duty Manager do with the rest?

I?m very disappointed and frustrated, I bought a few things and was expecting them to deliver on the 4th September (today) and they simply changed it the date without saying anything, I had to phone the store in the evening to know what was happening, then they told me my delivery had been rescheduled for more 3 to 4 days later (will be over 1 week for a simply delivery now). This is not acceptable, the least they should do is let know because I?ve scheduled my day to wait for the delivery and also I had plans and had hired someone to paint my house, now I?ll need to change all my plans and schedule. So annoying!!!! I?m not happy at all

I ordered online through tradepoint. I was advised I would get delivery 01.09.2023. However on 01.09.23 I was emailed advising driver was off sick. Fair enough they rescheduled for 04.09.2023. I called on 04.09.23 at 2pm chasing up the delivery one of the managers said truck was loaded and would be delivered. I waited till 6pm no delivery. This time they didn't even email to advise when I would get delivery. I tried to call atleast 6 times no answer. This is the worst company for delivery. All you traders be careful if you order a bulk delivery they are so unreliable. You will have financial losses if you have workers waiting for materials. This is the first time I used tradepoint delivery and sadly the last. Such a shame a huge company and their delivery service is so poor. I would recommend wickes or selco atleast they call the day before to confirm. B and Q you get nothing. They don't even pick up the phone. So you have to drive to the store again and waste more time. We'll I and just waiting to see what happens.

Awful service. Mixed the wrong paint. Couldn?t be further from what I needed. Essentially I needed white, and they gave me a bright blue! Waited 24-48 hours as suggested to receive the correct paint, still waiting.
