Very pathetic service. They will exchange orders without checking the names. And will blame us for not checking the actual pizza we ordered. The taste compared to other stores degraded. Better opt kfc or Mc d next to it in the same retail park

Order was meant to take 30 minutes. It took an hour and a half. The pizza was crushed. Everything was cold. After an hour the app said it was delivered and I called. I was told it would few minutes. Complained to Domino?s head office.

Ordered online with collection time 22:30 upon turning up at 22:30 was told by staff in white jacket ?we are eating now you?ll have to wait maybe 10 mins? freshies need customer service training asap. 20 mins later got my pizza. Terrible terrible customer service will avoid this branch for sure.

Don?t trust the app for anything beyond ordering. This place has nothing to do with the tracking. Several times followed the apps instructions and turned up on time only to wait another 1them to make the food.The worst is literally now, followed the app, gave it an extra 5mins. Then came in only to be told it?s nearly ready. App said it was already done. Then 5mins later I?m told they haven?t even started, all laughing and grins and no sense of urgency to the food ready. My compensation for wasting nearly 30mins of my time a 500ml bottle of fizzy drink. Doesn?t in any way compensate for all my other food in car going cold.Only reason for the three stars is the food is alright.Parking: Easy parking outside the ?restaurant?
