“Had the best customer service here was served by 2 members of staff called Rita and Shahad they both made everything so stress free, easy and straightforward. They both went out of their way to help me design and figure out the best way of having my kitchen tiles and also managed to get my tiles delivered super quick even before the actual delivery date. I'm very grateful for their amazing service as I was very stressed out with kitchen reno going on these 2 staff members really made things alot easier. Would defo be coming back here again should I ever need tiles again in the future!”

“Went there to return a tool station item that I bought from another branch but did not use (although I opened it) supervisor was reluctant to allow the return but eventually agreed as it could be resold and there was no damage to the package. Thankful to her for the flexibility.”

There was customer being rude to another customer, and the man on the till managed to joke with the (2nd) customer after which seemed to diffuse the situation and lighten the mood”
