This east ham natwest branch is very helpful and experienced. A Staff member Meena helped me with very accurate information about account opening process ive been to stratford broadway branch and person named fatima wasted my whole month by forgetting to scan back side of residence permit i dont understand how they got the job and also were rude so i had to raise complaint against stratford broadway branch for causing me financial loss.East Ham natwest branch is very helpful

Broken machines that didn't count the deposited cash correctly, 2 of them broke down and had to be repaired. Today, I was simply trying to change some bank details and even that took 3 hours via phone, absolutely disgraceful

5 years ago I been this bank and had bad experience. I saw so many new face maybe service policy has been changed. Surprisingly staff changed but service remain same. Little man maybe manager running like headless chicken and casher are rude

Terrible branch. Rude customer service, even the manager seems to speak rudely, staff are always misinformed about policies. Mrs went into branch 3 times just to open kids saving account. No clear advice on anything. I appreciate its corona virus and times are hard but this is ridiculous. This is a multi ethnical area, so the staff have to understand that sometimes you need to speak to people with humility.i saw a customer who's English wasn't great and the so called manager come outside and tell her he can't open our help her with the phone to open account, she has to do it online! Which is fine but the tone he used seemed like he was telling her he couldn't care less whether she opens an account or not.

The branch needs more staff.Never been a day when I don't have to wait for atleast 45 minutes.Its a shame cause the team are lovely.

This branch is really terrible for the customers.No customer service at all. One manager called Raj, his behaviour is the worst. They don't know how to deal with the problems and sought it out. But another person called Stan he is only the most helpful guy of this Branch. Really need to appreciate his behaviour and service ????For rest of others isn't just worst??
