Bank closed for no reason. When u call natwest to ask why this branch is closed the answer was ?I don?t know?.

I?m not happy with the service. Came to open account for Ukrainian refugee, provided all the necessary documents, but branch assistant seemed to have no idea how to process an application. We were promised to receive bank account details and a card within 10 working days. Needless to say, that we received nothing after more than a month and account is not opened yet. When we returned to the branch they couldn?t do anything without reference number which we didn?t have. Useless waste of time. I do not recommend this branch

Don't work in customer service, if you have 0 customer service skills!I came to withdraw money from my business account because I had lost my bank card. The women said she can not see my account, I was confused!Also made to feel like I was committing fraud because I'm asking to withdraw my own money.The lady that dealt with me had no manners, looked like she didn't want to be there and almost like she had no intention of trying to help.Wasn't even polite enough to return my thank you goodbye. Absolutely rude! Just close the branch at this point, small and useless and rubbish staff!

The staff are utterly disgusting and sarcastic the horrible middle aged lady who speaks like a bleating lamb is the worst of the lot and I?m sure she goads people for an argument.

I wanted to withdraw my OWN money from my OWN bank account and they had to call 3 people because they thought I was dodgy.. never done nothing illegal and they're questioning me like I'm in a police station. Atrocious.

Absolutely horrendous! No staff, no self use machines. Only ever 1 cashier as I?m told. 2hour minimum wait. such a convenient location yet so so disappointing to go there. Free up most of your day if you choose to go here. Useless!

NO SELF SERVICE MACHINES AND UNDERSTAFFED, A PERFECT RECIPE FOR DISASTROUS SERVICE BY DESIGN. DONT FORGOT BANKS CHARGE PEOPLE 19 PERCENT PLUS INTEREST ON SOME LOANS.
