It's pretty much got everything you could wish for in terms of food as it's a larger store and it seems to have only got bigger seeing as you can buy Argos. It also has cafe those wanting a meal. The only negative being it's a bit out of the way to get to.

Everything is good, aprt of their exit security system. Constantly beeping and without issues, forcing security to check shoppers, which is very disurbing, wasting of time, and more important- implementing of guiilt at the shoppers when they scann and pay everything but constatly stopped at the exit for check. I have spoken a few times with the security and the management. No improvment in the last or one two years.

I've always enjoyed shopping here. Its aisles are wide and there's usually a calm, relaxed atmosphere. But.....the toilets! The toilets! Complained to the general manager about them almost two years ago and was told by her that they were due to be refurbished. But they haven't been. The toilets! The horror!

Good place for shopping almost everything. Wasn?t that much crowded during my visit on weekend. Argos and Spacsavers also inside. Tu clothing also inside. And ideal for buying kids school uniforms. Store was very nice and clean. Customer toilets also available inside.

Huge Sainsburys this has everything you?d need. Went in last week and there?s a huge halloween selection, lots of costumes masks accessories and treats. Every time there?s an occasion or event they always have a section just for that event. When the barbie movie came out they had a whole section just for that. There was a Diwali aisle with variety of items. I came here to collect an item from Argos which is inside the Sainsburys. Bakery section is very good, the most soft fresh donuts. Clothing section is very top quality here. Staff are polite and professional. Love how they have lots of gifts and designed stuff for all ages.

It was a really nice super store. The selection is broad and up to the usual excellent Sainsbury standards. However, self-service is being pushed so hard that it's really affected the vibe of the store.I've been here a few times where it's been busy but there's been one till open. ONE. In a superstore. The self-service system is clearly aimed at frequent shoppers with small/medium shops. I have to admit seems to work in small local stores, but if you fill your trolley here you won't be able to self-checkout because your stuff won't actually fit in the packing area provided. Also, in my experience the weighing system becomes less reliable the heavier it gets, so with large shops you get repeated errors (in addition to the usual issues). The staff I've spoken to hate it too.Perhaps Head Office needs to reconcile making customers more socially isolated, apparently demotivating staff and turning the checkout process into a miserable experience with needing more security staff, new security gates inside and a CCTV van outside...

Avoid shopping online from Sainsbury's. Absolute joke! Apparently the everything is guide price. You will be charged real price on the day of delivery. Promotions will not be applied. Misleading people and wasting precious time.Terrible marketing from such a big supermarket.

Decent sainsburys, but absolutely shocking area van got drilled into the side door and tools were robbed in the car park at 14.15. If you have a van with tools in be careful where you park and who is around. Soured any redeeming factor for this place, and I thought birmingham was bad.

One of Sainsbury's key strengths lies in its emphasis on offering a diverse selection of products to cater to the varying needs and preferences of its customers. From fresh fruits and vegetables to pantry staples, from organic and free-range options to specialty international ingredients, Sainsbury's strives to ensure that customers can find everything they need under one roof. The supermarket chain places a strong emphasis on the quality and freshness of its products, working closely with suppliers to maintain high standards and provide customers with confidence in their purchases.

"Sainsbury's is a well-established supermarket offering a diverse range of products at competitive prices. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a pleasant shopping experience. However, long queues at peak times can be frustrating, and the store layout can be confusing, making it challenging to navigate. Parking can also be a hassle due to limited spaces. Additionally, there are occasional stock issues, with certain items being unavailable. The quality of fresh produce can vary, requiring careful selection. Despite these drawbacks, Sainsbury's remains a reliable option for everyday shopping, although improvements in logistics, layout, and stock management would enhance the overall customer experience."

Came for collection today and i am a new customer. The guy on the intercom was acting like he couldn't hear me.When he eventually came. He said I need ID. And that it was in the small print. He was lying. I showed the email, bank card and offered to show my bank transaction and login to the account. He acted like he called someone but he didn't.The manager is Rita according to him.Time wasters. Never again ordering here.

Huge store that had invested a lot in self-service checkouts and demonstrates a reluctance to keep manned checkouts open. I had to ask a floating team member to open a till at my last visit... Keep both available until you've reduced the frequency of problems with the self service machines!
