I live in beckton so I go to this store quite a lot I and most times it is a nice store. But today I was served by a young lady kalista lock she was such a lovely young lady very helpful and sorted my purchase out for home delivery just thought you needed to know this hope you let her know thankyou kalista need more people like you .

I'd like to share my recent shopping experience at Shoe Zone, where the young lady with red hair at the till was so unwelcoming with her rude attitude. After selecting a pair of shoes and requesting to bill them while I searched for another pair, she took the shoes back to the storeroom without explanation. When I returned, her demeanor was unfriendly, and she reluctantly retrieved the shoes. As closing time approached at 6:40 PM, she abruptly closed the store shutter halfway, even though she knew we were leaving, forcing us to awkwardly exit. While I understand she may have had a tough day, such behavior is discourteous and doesn't foster customer loyalty.

I got some reasonable priced shoes for my mum she loved it. The staff were helpful.

Really nice and friendly staff here and always happy to help. Unfortunately I needed some Skechers and they said they don?t do certain stuff in this store as it?s a smaller store! So that?s not great but the lady ordered it online and it got delivered quickly. Would be good if they brought those ranges in too for a better experience as the gallions reach one is now closed so now there?s nowhere local to try and see the other ranges

Bought a pair of shoes from here a year back still in good condition surprisingly soles fine too good shoes great prices very reliable store greatly reccomended staff are friendly too compared to stuck up staff at many other stores also free parking !!!!!!
