I had some blood drawn for a health check up from their clinical nurse Rashidat Abdulsalam who was very professional and brilliant at what she does.\\nBlood was drawn quickly without any pain and it was all done before I knew it!\\nI would 100% recommend this service.\\n\\nAlso, the two women at the perfume shop section were really friendly and helpful when I went to pick up my online collection.

Not good customer service I ordered a perfume online and in the order history it was saying "shipped" I waited for 2 days to hear back from the store to collect my order but they didnt send me any confirmation and then I went there and explained about my online purchase but the lady at the counter wasnt listening she said they didnt get the order yet and wait for the confirmation email to collect order. After my insisting too much she went inside the storeand got my parcel

I used the health clinic services at this branch. I saw Nurse Rashida, she was amazing. She addressed any concerns I had beforehand and made the whole process very smooth and stress free.

Extremely poor customer service, very rude customer assistant. Don?t know her name, but she was very rude and do not have any skills to handle customers. You need to train your staff and make them understand the meaning of customer service.

31 January 2023 at around 1.30,I visited eastham superdrug. I have been coming here from long time and always have been happy with the customer service, however during this visit the lady who was serving me on the till was extremely rude from the time I went to the till. She asked me to type my email address and while I was typing my email address just because I could not find @ sign she started throwing more attitude and saying I DON'T KNOW WHATS WRONG WITH THESE YOUNGETERS, NO ONE KNOWS WHERE THE @ SIGN IS... to which I ignored and carried on but she still went on saying YOU COULD DO THIS ONLINE, but I was like you are the one who asked me to type my email. But after her this rude behaviour I decided to cancel my purchase with her and asked for my money back,However afterwards I spoke to the person standing at the front in superdrug clothes, who told me that he is the manager of the superdrug. This manager was extremely helpful and dealt with my issue really calmly and apologised on the other lady's rude behaviour. This lady really needs to learn customer service .

Be careful when you go to the counter to pay. They will almost force to buy sim (which they will say it's free, but it will cost you £10). I was in a hurry and did not pay attention to what they mentioned about the offer. I kept denying it, but still, they kept saying it's totally free. What I just need to activate the sim, and then I will be given £10 in my point card. But in reality, they already charged me £10 and activating sim is a trap to enrol their auto renewal as they have your bank details. Very unpleasant and unprofessional marketing, customer service.

Just popped in after work. Normally go there and the ques are quick. Today the staff were very helpful and super kind such as Jarin! They were very kind and really brightened up my day! I went straight to the manager to sing her praises! Thank you ?

If I could I wouldn?t give any stars. Once I went in to pick up an order, as a niqabi. The guy who acts like he?s always correct treated me horribly. I?ve collected many parcels there before no one has treated me that badly. He first took me to the back which never happens since they usually bring it to the front to you most of the times. When I was telling him I had two parcels and my order was in the system he kept trying to argue my order wasn?t there and he couldn?t do it. I checked everything was in the superdrug before coming. I won?t be shopping there ever. The way they treat Muslim Niqabi women there is horrible. Since most of them there are Indians.

I was in this store with my sisters and the security guy comes and says that there are three of us and we are not allowed to put our hands on them if we don't buy them, we were simply looking to see what they were for, my sister had just come from her school was smaller, I am 22 years old and the other one is 21 and the younger one is 12 years old, he was nervous because some boys dressed in uniform had come before us and stolen, and what is our problem that he was angry and why he had to take revenge on me, unfortunately, he was fighting with new girls because they don't have courage with men, just after this happened, someone stole him, he didn't have any reaction and I'm still very nervous, I also talked to the "maid" at least he didn't apologize

I would not even give a star if there would be a option idiots in perfume shop selling to customers with wrong products promising long lasting perfume and completely dodgy no return policy as well useless to go. Very rude with the customers.

Poor customer service, extremely rude customer assistant. Don?t know her name but she ruins it for everyone else. Manager had to intervene, who was friendly and understanding. She needs a lesson in customer service.
