- The prices are quite high at this small Tesco compared to other major grocery stores. You will find that if you go to the Tesco on Green Street, prices will be cheaper.- this Tesco has no facilities to lock bicycles to outside which is quite a shame considering the number of cyclists has risen significantly over the years.- other than the above, I think the staff is nice, and the location is good for a small grocery run if you need something quickly, but the high prices are of putting. Prices at this small Tesco are higher than the Tesco?s, Waitrose, and Sainsbury?s in the wealthier West London areas, from what I have experienced by actual physical visitations to West London grocery stores.

Store a disgrace, sorry. Very strong smell in Store on 24.8.23 & 26.8.23 made me feel sick. Think it needs a massive clean.

Bought chicken home for the 4th time to find it was rotten. Had to work really hard to get an exchange. Am complaining to Tesco and then if it happens again council food hygiene.

Bought a pack of 5 chicken thighs from the store. It was reduced by 79p. Bought it on the 20th of June, the sell by date was the 21st. It had a reduced sticker on it. When opening the chicken, I found that it was rotten, very much off. I had to drive back to return it. I only wanted a new packet of chicken, having bought the ingredients, during what is tough time for most, I wanted to stick to the recipe. When I asked if I could exchange it, they said no, we can only give you a refund. A refund doesn't buy me new chicken or pay for the cost of going back to visit the tesco to return meat that is off. The manager, who didn't want to reveal his name when requested, said: 'how is he supposed to open it up and smell its off'. You shouldn't need to open it on the 20th if the date is the 21st. I asked,'Would you prefer if we ate off meat? Got sick, and then we had a much bigger issue's?' He replied: 'Yes'. Makes it extremely difficult for one to keep their calm and still have to deal with an absolute benched with chicken wings

I bought some meat from this store yesterday when I opened it out of the packaging there was a very bad smell. I went back to the store to demand a refund however the colleague were rude and not very helpful.Avoid this place at all cost.

Worst staff I have ever seen. Lydia or Lidia forgot her name is one of the worst customer service staff I have ever seen. Why is she working on tills if she wants to shout at customers?

Worst Tesco express i have ever been. Staff so rude if you ask something ?they just ?spitting out whit hater ? answer. talking whit their phones not just on shop floor, but even while serving customers on the till. So disrespectful shop .

This place needs a clean up. It's not the best especially for an area that is changing with newly developing flats and houses. The clientele has professionals now moving into the area therefore the shop needs to be more inviting.

Staff is very rude towards customer they behave like they are there for fight not to serve the customer. They sent you out if you utter one word against them... They have no patience..

The negative reviews are unfortunate because this is a small and very busy store where the staff do the best they can. I?ve always found them helpful and friendly. They were terrific during the pandemic also. Give the poor staff a break or go work in a supermarket and see how you like the long hours and the rubbish pay!

Instead of pointless "Merry Christmas" on the windows (that no one cares about) why don't you put a note asking customers to switch off the engines while waiting in the car? The toxic fumes are a real health hazard and everytime I pass I can see a cloud of toxic combustion right outside Tesco. Please, rethink what you put on your windows and actually put something usuful.

Security guard stood watching me pay on the self checkout, watched me click "no receipt required", then still interrogated me at the door and accused me of shoplifting.I suggested we go to the cashier so they can pull the self service logs up, and he continued to insist to see the non existent receipt another 3 times before telling me never mind.

Not meeting Tesco quality standards at all, I am really surprised! Don't they do any quality check to their stores?- the store is not clean and there is always trolley in the middle blocking access to some shelves- bakery station is a mess and the croissant is always overcooked or burned- the selection inside is not greatThey really need to sort out this store
