I ordered free lunch for my son. He wanted another portion 30 minutes later so I ordered another one. Female member of staff who delivered the second order made unacceptable comments. She asked if we already had one portion and that we shouldn't be having another one. She was extremely rude and went to the manager to tell him about me ordering twice. Your terms and conditions state that one free lunch per one item ordered which I did, I bought jelly on both occasions. Her behaviour was unprofessional and that is an understatement. She was wrong about me being able to order the offer twice and even if she was right(she wasn't) then the way she spoke to us was not the way to talk to the customer ever. Manager said she is from Rainham branch, I really don't understand why that is relevant and if customers in Rainham branch would accept this attitude. He even lied about her being in training. My son refused to eat his food as he thought he did something wrong asking for more. I would suggest to brief your staff about terms and conditions of your offers and for some staff members customer service course also.
