Great pharmacy! Not my local, but had some vaccinations with them in 2017 and needed to chase what was done, the gentleman (I think Kaupesh) went through the paperwork and managed to find the information I was looking for! Spent some time to ensure I had everything I needed, great service.

Such an amazing pharmacy! We got moved from sainsburys to care pharmacy who were beyond shocking. Though a little further from us, we opted to try cannons and have not looked back. Every single person so lovely and kind. Very efficient. Go over and above to help. I have just had a baby and they have been incredible helping me as needed. Thank you to each and every one of you.

Such a kind, lovely, empathetic team here. I?ve always had such a great experience. The main pharmacist has been so kind this week trying to resolve issues with receiving a prescription from an online GP - going above and beyond trying to improve the patient experience and make the process seamless. We appreciate his kindness and professionalism! Would always choose Canons Pharmacy over any other local pharmacy.

A few weeks ago I bought a covid test as part of the required government travel testing. The lady in pharmacy sold me the wrong type of test despite being confident on what I need. I went back to return the test. Whilst I under returning medicine or tests doesn't not normally happen but they gave the wrong advice and product. The First Lady was rude in her response upon going back. The second person explained the policy around test returns. However, they gave the wrong advice on what I should have bought. She also clearly didn't not understand the government requirements either. How can a pharmacy sell products without knowing the actual guidelines. Shame companies like this taking advantage of people during the pandemic. I will never go back to this pharmacy. No ethics or proper customer service.

They used to be brilliant but lately I have found them rather dismissive and rude. It could be that they are busy but sometimes customers need support. The male pharmacist remains lovely and helpful. AlsoI welcome the fact that we have to wear masks but why don?t the staff - the lady at the counter has it on her chin?

I just wanted to say that Kalpesh and the whole team at canons pharmacy are so brilliant. They always have time to answer questions and give advice. They get to know their customers so you always feel like you get a great personalised service. Whether in the shop or on the phone we always feel that we?re important to them. I can not praise them enough for the help they give my family and especially my elderly mother.

Please STOP hiking up your prices whenever lockdown happens. Colgate Max White Expert Toothpaste is normally in the region of £5-£7, NOT £15. Nurofen Express 24 Capsules should NOT be anywhere near £16 either. You are evidently charging more for these to take ADVANTAGE of people during a crisis. Your store assistant says this is the "going rate"...IT IS NOT! Other local drugstores are NOT jumping up their prices, only YOU at Canons. We DO have other choices so please THINK!

I have been using Canons Pharmacy intermittently for over 2 years now and I can honestly say that they always have an excellent service, from preparing your prescription to serving you with everyday items that you need. They are very proffesional and have always given me excellent advice. They are extremely friendly and welcoming when I go in and always greeted with a smile.They have adapted very well to the pressure of Covid-19 and it?s great to see the measures they have implemented to keep both their lovely staff and all their patients safe. Would recommend all to this pharmacy for their efficiency and customer care - wonderful work!
