Very useless branch. They pass you from one person to another then to be told to wait even more. And they serve people at well without keeping track of who waited longer.

I was waiting for the bank to open since 08:00 morning and the bank should?ve opened at 08:30 but they opened 15 minutes late it was raining and was late to my work too.And the unprofessional staff named Ms SHANAI she went to open the other door and she let the people come in to be served before me which was totally unfair, however I had to stay in the queue for 15 more minutes for my turn and when it was my turn she did not greet me or say sorry for being late I asked her that because she lets other customers come in to store before me whom were way after me she made me late for my work but her attitude changed to me her face expression were making me so uncomfortable, I felt like she?s doing me a favour. She need more training for customer service .

I've already had a terrible experience reading the other recent reviews. I'll just use another bank. How about sacking your staff, there's so many young people in London looking for jobs.

The Bank is very good. This particular branch is very slow. The staff are fine, when they get to you. Was sent a text saying my turn has come. When I get there, they say my name is not on the list and I?m waiting another hour. Other customers seem to be complaining where staff respond with stating that members are at lunch, at 15:30, really? Morale in the branch seems to be low. The problem seems to lie with poorly training staff. They seem to be all school leavers. No senior management seem to be at the branch. No urgency. Compared with Barclays, a few doors down, there are senior staff out greeting customers and they are dealt with, even when busy. Metro, if your going to carry on like this, you?ll lose customers. Head office need to take note and make the required changes. Even with so many negative reviews, there seems to be no action. I?m still sitting on the bench. If I don?t get service in the next 10 minutes, I?m off to Barclays to open new accounts for my children.

Very slow service, only ever have 1 or 2 positions open when I'm there. Not at all what I expect from metro Bank.

This lady today from the front desk who had been in the future discriminating me personally , has again refused to put money into my account . She told me that I have to prove that money ( it wasn?t even a big amount ) , but in the past with the other staff I had no problem . I asked to speak with the manager but she said she is the manager . ? I am just angry as I was a customer from 2014 with this people and you can?t use their services anymore without asking for too many things. I went to Halifax after and they accepted my money without any evidence today . Will be closing my account . Disgusting behaviour. Will also make a complaint with the bank .

I went into this branch last week and was served by the lovely Imad.He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the questions I had and was a very welcoming experience. Would highly recommended?
