Terrible customer service, rude staff! I went there for all my banking stuff!paper run out from coin machine I went on counter that lady so rude and I want my paper statement print out by post for my visa renewal, she just print out useless one!disappoint experience ever!

Rude rude rude staff.No idea why they still keep employ's that everybody complain's about.They do not help anybody.Absolut waste of time. Staff are very rude and unhelpful.I went there with my sons because of their ID problems and they were absolutely useless and unprofessional from a lady at the front door to their manager.You could feel they just want to get rid of you .Their face are so unfriendly without any smile and even do not let you to finish your words.They kept saying which is not their business and even did not look at my papers.I am asking that what is the point to have this branch when they don?t want to help people.I thought they had this attitude towards me but my cousin had same experience.very disappointing.

Rude staff and no wonder they score so low in the customer satisfaction charts that are shown in branch. Number 10 out of 16 banks for customer service. Can see why after my experience today. Was told if I didn?t like it to go to another bank. Very nice way to speak to a customer!

Yesterday I went this bank with my 4 years old daughter for six month bank statement to apply visa.i already explained what I need for.i really needed it.i don't have time left.i need to show the last date of my transactions. She said she could give for just a month. She can help me applying by post.And then I went back home . I went another time to the bank bagging her that I really need it.if you want to charge I can pay. Even she asked some of other staffs .they all say that I can only get only for a month.i asked her politely to stamp my statement .she said that we don't do stamp .For this process I spend nearly one hour and I did not get what I want. What is the point I keeping thousands of my money in NatWest.I

I dont understand why customerâ??s time is being wasted, there is such a long wait usually, while a member of staff, who potentially could be an extra cashier, is asking everyone waiting a few questions, which I am not happy to answer in front of everyone else! No privacy, which is required when being in the bank, plus I dont want to be served by the machines!!!! Soon human being will not have jobs if we all be served by machines

It is a bank . Think queues then a counter . Then leaving . It is on the corner , and has a very small car park mainly for their own staff .

Very slow service
