Between strikes last year and now this absolutely ridiculous new schedule, I have visited this office and 50% of the time i can never get my parcel. How do they expect working people to ever get their parcels?? They just offer redelivery with no control over what time, to a local post office which is chaotic and unreliable,... read full comment

If you’re not in and the item goes to this depot it gets lost forever. Absolutely pathetic service.
