The products were good and everything, but if you change your mind about something, and want your full refund back they never give it to you and instead give you a voucher for another item within the store. Which is quite lame really, and kind of a robbery of someone's money!

Just bought my consoles from here this week, and I?m happy to right this review today. Everything was 10/10 dare I saw, brand new and mint condition. Not a single scratch or bug to be found. Very happy with my purchase. Will definitely come back to buy more consoles for me retro collection.The staff was amazing. We had laughs and had a great conversation while my items were being tested.Thank you very much guys. See you all soon.

They refused to fix a tablet I brought from them and tried to tell me to take it to a dodgy stall to get it fixed and I thought if you buy from a pacific store it is their responsibility to deal with the issue

I went this branch last year the people who used to worked there left but after the start of the year 2023 we got new people working there and there fxxxing cxxxx it's disgusting and extortion taking a advantage from the costumers and also they don't bother testing the items fxxxing morons and also I'm feed all these cex in the UK and international cex must go down after 31 years in the business they will fall.

The so called manager at the Edmonton branch needs training on how to deal with customers. She was extremely rude, didn't want to give me her name said it was none of my business then proceeded to be extremely condescending when I simply asked a question about the refund policy. I later found out her name is Christina. I am emailing the company with a formal complaint. I will not be shopping there again.

I love that I can get games I like at cheap prices since I'm not an avid player these days. They usually have what I want. Good customer service as well.
