Closes their doors 15 minutes early, really great when people are in a rush to get there after work. Sign in the door says open till 4:30 but apparently that doesn't mean anything

Very rude staff, the customer services of Lloyds is going very down with this branch. Not only they do a lot of mistakes also they do not care about giving you a good service. They need to improve ASAP unbelievable ð?? ð??

Decent branch with visible less staff around, often just 3 around customer area and huge queues around atm during busy periods. Branch looks not modernised but forgotten.

My appointment was to open a new business account on 16/11/2018 @ 9am, after 30 minutes of arrival the guy saying they can't open account. I have to comeback Wednesday or any other day, is this is joke!!! the guy was name shanz or something like that, they couldn't find my booking information etc. what a job !!! they spoil my day and time, they are completely rubbish.....

Guy with glasses - what is he thinking? Who is he ? 3-4 days ago I was in this lloyds 15 minutes before close. Even that he was so rude, laught from people who don't speak english that they don't know how to use deposit machine. And it wasn't first time. I asked one more time who is he ? In front of him you can feel so small. Why noone do anything with this or maybe send him on course with customer service. ???

Arrogant, Rude, jobsworth staff who cant be bothered to help their customers, don't bother making complaint about this branch as they investigate complaints themselves and never get back to their customers who keep them employed. My question is why are they there? cash point machines have better manners and personality - I don't do Rude!!!
