Staff not particularly welcoming and could not solve my problem even though they stated it was a common problem. So advise book a guru or try another store

Really upset with O2 today no matter who it is you don’t give customer false information. I am a customer with O2 for Years and always rated them 5stars for their customer service never had a problem. Now the one time i need them to be on point with delivery of the 5 star customer service they let me down.
I go online order a product from O2 and ask to pick it up at this store. When i arrive the employees at the store have no idea whats going on or where my item is.
Now the date for my product to get to my hand has already changed from collecting Today which was on 18th April to 21st April i said ok fine i don’t mind but then today i told i have to wait till Monday 23rd i take the day of from doing other things spend 20minutes in store to be told sorry not here, and spend 30minutes travel so i spend 1hr on something that i asked before i left my house, I talked to people in o2 who said its ready to collect. Well i collected a whole lot of nothing. I cannot believe i am having to complain about o2.
I called up asked to speak to manager they say sorry he is not available, he call back in 1hr max 1hr30minutes well its been 2hrs and nothing. Really disappointing.
Obviously you proved to me today that you guys are dropping standards, just remember O2 that you need customers.

Long waiting due to short of staff, in the end the item I ordered did not arrive after a week. Total waste of time.

I've been to this store a couple of times, some of the staff here are really friendly and others are listless but I've always been served quickly and efficiently here.
