When I got my Samsung s8 I was given brilliant customer service and the sales team explained in detail which was best phone to go for. I will happily visit this store again.

I was front of the shop.at.9:45 and it was closed as I see on the website the opening times from 9:30-6pm. Unacceptable.

Both staff unhelpful and just made me wait while they were chatting!
Basically accused me of my phones faults and unhelpful in how to fix!
Although my contract is up for renewal and due for a new phone I will be changing networks as sadly this attitude from Vodafone staff is in abundance and poor service.
Wouldn't even give one star for this store aswell as vodafone in general.

The guy Told me I only had a 12 month warranty when I knew I had. 24 and told me to go to a small independent shop to get it fixed that I would have to pay for so I phoned Vodafone and I do have 24 month warranty. Good job I didn't listen to the shop assistant!
