I bought a Croydex bath mat - anti slip. The product is so badly designed that it?s like standing on needles. Point blank refusal by Eltham staff for a refund. Been on line and on phone to India for an hour. Complaint being escalated. What on Earth has this cost Argos to resolve a £9 faulty bath mat. Beggars belief. I blame the manager in Eltham for failing to train staff effectively

Unfriendly and rude staff. We spoke to the manager who is completely unhelpful and rude and did not solve the problem. We wanted to return an unopened item and she refused to do so. There was another customer next to us who was treated the same way. What a shame. Please, avoid buying expensive items at this store. They never accept returns even though you have 30 days, even if the box is unopened. They open it at store and say it not returnable because was opened. Excuse me? Also, make sure you open expensive items in front of them before taking them home. My friends have been scammed here too and got trash inside boxes.

I have been scammed by this store.Purchased today a Meta Quest 3, got home and opened the box to find it only had a bottle of water and other junk in it.The store refused to accept it, even after contacting Argos customer service and them instructing them to do so.I strongly suggest that for any expensive item you buy from this store you open it in store. They refused the exchange as I had 'taken it out of the store and opened the seal', as if to suggest anyone in their right mind would do that in store?Horribly unhelpful store manager and staff too. I have no doubts they could have validated that I did not perform this scam by checking some of their other stock but they outright refused to do so.I have contacted the police but leaving this review as a warning to anyone going to this store.

So rude and unfriendly staff, specially the manager, who laughed at us when we were trying to explain the problem we had with an item we bought. Not coming back. Some friends of mine in Eltham already told me about this place and its rude staff. Should have listened.

worst store I?ve ever been to. Manager is so unfriendly and rude and does not offer any help at all. Argos gives you 30 days to return and they never accept returns at all. Avoid this store. We should have gone to John Lewis instead.

Be aware that there is not a car park and definitely get a penalty charge even you just pick up your purchase. In our case we had 3 heavy boxes and we should stop in front. We choose the store as they had the items in the stock for same day collection. If we knew we could choose a different store to pick up next day.

Amazing Customer Service. Managed to resolve my return issue very quickly and efficiently. Hannah was a super star, very patient and very helpful. I?m very happy from buying my Nintendo Switch from Argos. Additionally I was offered a 1 month free Argos Monthly Care for my device which was a grey bonus.

run down store with a very relaxed slow environment. waiting times are painful and if you need to contact the store by phone. DONT waste your time they never answer.
