Worst chemist ever!Never have any stock of medication, even when they have got it its never ready! Taking my business elsewhere!! I would give zero stars if possible!!

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Everytime I visit there is a big long queue, with unhappy customers. Clearly there is a lack of staff, probably change of management too, the place has gone downhill. The young Asian pharmacist is rude, extremely cheeky and unprofessional. Took them 30 mins to pack one box of three month supply of medication. ONE BOX - 30 MINS. Also, they do have a habit of supplying the wrong quantity of medication so please CHECK before you leave.

Avoid at all costs, this place is more like a joke shop. The staff are so inept and rude. The rathe over weight white elderly lady behind the counter is very rude and not competent in my opinion to help people with medication. The ?woman of colour ? who greets you with a grunt when you walk in is as thick as a whale omelette and should never work in such a place. I will be reporting this place.

I am going to make a complaint to the NHS about this place, it's that bad.I'd suggest all you people who have had the same problems with prescriptions not being filled for weeks and rude staff do the same.It's a zero star, but Google don't have that option.

They never pick up the phone when I call, and then I have to walk all the way down there to see if they have done my prescription and with Arthritis and fighting breast cancer it is exhausting , then when I get there they say "oh come back either tomorrow or in around 2 hours and we will have it ready" I would like to of had it done so I wouldn't have to return. Plus If they picked up the phone they would get it ready for my first visit

They took like 10 mins to search for my prescription issued 5 days ago. And same for the previous customer, they have be more organised.I asked the pharmacist for any cough tablets as I cannot take syrup. He said there a no such thing in uk, it is a joke.

I'm in my 60's can't walk very far I've been very ill and I have severe copd and since the change over in staff at the mound it's impossible to get your prescription any earlier than a week or more, when Gloria and the ones that worked with her never had any problems but this lot don't give a dam

Waited now a week for a prescription told yesterday it would be ready after 12 today went up at 2ish still not ready and told it could be 10 min or half hour thinking of going to a different chemist.. had enough now.. always the same... really bad..avoid...

I don't leave negative reviews usually but this branch of Well is a shambles. I have been on a repeat prescription for five years, so I know it well. The current staff is poorly trained and clearly poorly managed. They are disorganised, slow, rude and have customer interest at the bottom of their priorities. It pains me to do anything to risk a local service but I have moved my prescription to another pharmacy now. Well really need to look at the operation here and sort it out.

Worst PharmacyNever send repeat prescriptions to this pharmacy as they are sent to an outside pharmacy to be made up, this means you have to wait another 2 days to get your medication. On top of that the attitude of the staff is diabolical.

Every time my doctor sends over a prescription they NEVER have my prescription items in stock. Image a chemist with no penicillin. I alway have to go back the next day after 12, not good when your ill and just want to feel better. Staff are not very to friendly you walk in an no one acknowledges you or even looks up from what they are doing untill they have finished.

This is more the fault of Well as a company than the individual pharmacy. They allowed me to book a flu vaccination for my child, where this was not offered by the NHS due to her age. They took her date of birth, confirmed that a child was eligible and then took money for an appointment four weeks later. After rearranging my day and making a forty-minute trip, the staff told me that their branch did not offer vaccinations to children, and that they had assumed the booking was an error. So then I drove forty minutes back again. No-one had attempted to confirm the appointment near to the time. An almost impossibly poor service.
