21/02/24 I?ve visit the store to make a return , and I drop my item on the desk and went back to car to find my receipt ( I thought it was in my bag ) any way when I came I didn?t see my item in the desk when I ask my 15 years old son ;?where is it?? he said :? they took it .? I was able to see from the desk what was going on .my item was unboxed end 3 stuff checking it . I agree of course they have to check it but with me . When I ask them they been terribly rude . I spend my time to write this because I don?t want anyone to have this experience. And off course when I ask the lady who served me her name to write feedback ,she been rude and refuse to give her name.

Terrible experience being shouted at by a lady staff member for standing in the wrong place to collect my item. When I told the staff member I didn?t appreciate how she spoke to me she slammed my item down on the checkout and walked away absolutely shook by this experience
