I've been a customer for a few years now but very disappointed I can NEVER get through to speaking to the beauty, baby or operator options no-one EVER answers its very frustrating when you've got a query especially when you're not able to go out.Boots at Enfield Retail Park need to up their game and answer their incoming calls at least sometime during their day as it doesn't matter what times I call they NEVER pick up!.

Three stars are for the very helpful, friendly blonde lady on the checkout - marvellous customer service skills - she helped me with my Boots card. As for the "person" at the pharmacy... She had the personality of a shoe. Talk about "can't be bothered", condescending and snooty. It's the chemists where you buy pile cream and condoms, love, not the London Palladium!

Went there a week or so ago. - I am a regular. Nikki was there, I think she was pretty new, since someone was showing her how to discount items if they didn't automatically scan that price.. Regardless, Nikki's service was outstanding, and since she made such a good impression on me, I wanted to reach out and write a review to acknowledge her good work and say thank you for making my morning.

I bought a glasses 2 years ago. Branded with super quality lenses, etc. Total cost of £360 for a pair. I visited the store today to replace lenses as all the layer scratched off and it was impossible to see anything. I did eye test at Vision Express and before buying 2 pairs for one in a price of £200 - £250 in VE I thought to just replace the lenses. The frames could hold for another year, but no longer as quality is not the best. They told me that lenses of this quality would cost £260. To remind my lenses after 2 years of normal wearing are totally damaged.I work as a programmer in a space industry and they told me that I must've done something with the lenses as its impossible that they are so bad. The only thing that I did was possibly going to Sauna, Spa or Swimming pool. If I would have to buy new glasses it definitely wouldn't be Boots.

Can always count on this Boots to get prescriptions that other pharmacies dont have in stock. Helpful staff.

Still waiting for report regarding my heart, monitoring device not able to upload information not the first time i was told this has happened,perhaps a good idea to make sure it works before strapping onto next patient I did get a call that report was sent it's now 3 days considering my heart had to be Monitored for a reason you would think the importance for the report also all your departments fail to answer phone when I'm trying to find out what the delay more then likely sent 2nd class again very annoying overall im not happy with the service

After Lloyd's Pharmacy took an hour to tell me that the antibiotics I needed were not in stock I was ready to kill someone.. they released my prescription and I decided to take it to boots and despite a long queue and a few difficult customers they dispensed my prescription within 20 minutes.. can't fault them and from now on my automatic prescriptions from the doctors will be going to boots, despite Lloyd's being opposite my doctors pretty much.

Only have stock 60% of the time, its a gamble going to this one, how ever when they have kids clothes on Sale its worth while at half price

Picking up a prescription, very busy and had a long wait. However staff still very professional despite long queue, also very friendly and didn't compromise on customer service

I collected an online order, but whilst in store, I purchased additional items. Great prices on named brands, so I was very happy. Staff are friendly and helpful, and parking is easy and plentiful .

The store had ran out of bags which was annoying but Giulia customer service made up for it during a busy day after boxing day she was polite and had smile on face even though it was late in day. Thank you for your help Giulia.
