A great Costa to stop by but unfortunately the crowd isn't it. Full of people letting their kids run loose and scream all over the place ( kids will be kids but I'm talking as if it's a soft play and they are screaming for 30 minutes straight)

I went there at 3:53 today (sunday) a lady was hoovering and another lady was serving a guy at the till the lady hoovering gestures me to enter while the lady at the till told me they close in 2 mins and didnt allow me to order even though I wanted a takeaway coffee and 2 mins would have been enough anyways. Little things like this affects customers in such a local area where you rely on the locals? wont be coming again?

Cafe is shabby unwelcoming, waiting time in the queue 20 mins staff run off their feet and not organised, managers hiding in the rest room oblivious of what is going on, the snacks are a mess thrown everywhere having to rummage through for a biscuit, biscuits in the jar broken, cakes looking past sell by date. On the plus side the coffee was good but not worth the wait. Never to return or recommend.

WORST COSTA ON THE PLANET.This franchise gives Costa a bad reputationIt should be closed permanently and the space should be given to something that is worth being there. If I could give no stars I would one star is being generous and more than they deserve.

Lovely Costa coffee, shop is small and lots of smokers outside with the door open causes you to keep getting up and closing it. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Getting a bit expensive for bacon roll and a small cake and coffee.

I'm a really disgusted! There's 0 hygiene. They gave the milk to the customer so they can pour it themselves, the customer was blowing on the milk. They tried to give me my coffee in the same cup. All staff need to do a hygiene assessment to understand what they can't and can do. Won't be going here again.

I love Costa it's my favourite coffee shop. Iced frappe in summer and Chai latte with a shot of coffee the rest of the year. Always a nice selection of food and dessert too.

I have only been here a few times and each time I have been treated in the best way. The selection is great and the staff is friendly. If you are in need of a good cup of coffee this is the place to go.

Completely terrible service and people who do not know what they are doing. Barister was making my coffee for ages. Coffee was disgusting. I do not recommend at all. Waste a time and money.
