I want to start by saying thank you to the amazingly helpful staff at Currys in Enfield branch .A special thank you to Amy Gizaw , she is so kind and polite. I have not had such great service in a long time, she listened to what we had to say me and my husband and solved our issue with appliances that we have been struggling to get this sorted for months we bought few appliances and are buying few more and I feel so annoyed with myself wasting time at other branches. Which I went in Friend Barnet branch wasted my time there which is my local branch when all I needed to do is visit the Enfield branch because clearly they know exactly what they are doing. The store is big and fantastic customer service experience is what everyone wants.Amy Gizaw spent ages trying to help us find the right appliances for our new home, thank you so much for your patience. Amy is so clever she explained what would be ideal for us to use, and what to get She knows how to treat customers. I have given my printer for repair which was under guarantee, it?s been almost a month nobody called me back yet, so I called to check what was going on, for 20 min they transferred me from one to another, eventually I was able to talk someone, but she asked me unrelated questions at all and she was tooooo slow. This has been one of the worst conversation call as a customer. I wasn?t expecting from Curry?s at all. No idea when my printer will be fixed yet? ?

Shocking experience. I purchased a cordless vacuum from here from the sale section. There was a big sign on a bunch of hoovers saying "going going GONE" with a reduced price on them. When I got home and unboxed my purchase I saw that the huge battery pack which is needed for the hoover to work was missing. I went back to the store straight and was told "yeah if you want a hoover with all the parts you will have to pay full price". I told them, surely there should be a sign specifying that these hoovers are reduced because integral parts are missing or that someone should have told me so I wouldn't waste my time buying something that doesn't work. I simply got a shoulder shrug. I asked if all the hoovers in the sale section are defective. I was told to go and check each box one by one to see if it had all the parts. I was absolutely shocked. I said they should probably put a sign on the remaining hoovers so that someone else doesn't waste their entire day going back and forth from Currys to return a product with the main component missing. Again I got a shrug.

I have been ordering items from different stores online without any real problems...my 94yr old mother asked me to order a washing machine for her, I decided to go a currys in enfield, I tried to catch the eye of one of a group of employees that were in a bunch and laughing and joking, I eventually got the attention of an employee on the lower level, and ordered a washing machine for delivery and installation plus disposal,plus an extra £20 for it to be delivered between a specified time frame of 11am to 3pm so that I could be there when they arrived... the agreement specified that I would receive a call 30mins before they arrived, once it had passed 3pm I arrange for some one else to come and be at my mothers as I had leave at 4-30pm... i did not get a call, they arrived at 3-30pm, so I complained to them about arriving outside of the 11am 3pm time frame, and would need one of them to confirm in writing and sign that they arrived outside of the specified time of 11am and 3pm so as I could claim back the extra £20 I had paid for specified time slot, they refused in what I deem to be an aggressive manner, so I decided to video them before I allowed them into my mothers house as proof that they had arrived late, they did not like me videoing and decided they would not deliver and install my 94yr old mothers machine...and they drove off... this I would expect from a rag tag company which I would not shop from, but not from a company like currys..this is the worst experience I have had in my life, I will refrain from saying I will never shop at currys again.. I would wish that currys will emphasis on there employees that the customer comes first ahead of their laughing and joking,Date of experience: 29 March 2023

Ronnie has the best customer service, I was looking for earphones he gave me the best recommendations and he has knowledge about the product. He was very patient and friendly. Everytime I go there I see him always smiling and very approachable.Thank you Ronnie ?

Very impressed with customer service from Theresa who was very helpful and efficient with the entire process. She explained everything very clearly and answered all my queries so went ahead and got a new Bosch oven / cooker and Thank you very much!

The worst experience ever.Looking for someone in the store to help me and finally when I find someone he was talking to another person. But I was keeping my distance but he saw I was basically waiting for him. And he asked if I can go away. I said I need help and he said ?yes go have a look? I said that I already did and I know what I want. Response was ?yes, when someone is available will come to you but don?t wait here?

had the pleasure of dealing with amy on mine and my partners visit to the store,we bought a tumble dryer and delighted with our purchase but what a lovely member of staff they have in this lady. my partners first time out in a long time in a store since covid and amy dealt with her exceptionally,10/10. took her time with my partner,explained about the product and gave us a good insight in to the insurance on our product, good knowledge and such a warm pleasant lady,would certainly deal with this lady again,made our visit most pleasurable on a wet and windy day keep up the good work amy

Went to Curry?s e field. All I wanted was toAsk a worker where to find the correct kettleAnd toaster so I would buy it. Simple.His answer was ?go ask someone else?Very rude staff. I walked out.

Oblige shows Dab Roberts radio in stock. Went to the shop to buy and with three boxes on the shelf, staff member went to the stock room to get the item and comes back saying there are none in stock. Missing stock?Wasted journey and will make me buy online, reducing footfall, which no doubt Currys will moan about to the press.Sort out your stock taking and report accurate information.

Great prices and stock, staff were overrun during Xmas period. Items on show with no prices, and not available on line, so someone needs to just put the prices on those items to stop so many customers having to waste staff time and ask.

Complete and utter tools. At returns. Bright a £1600 dell xps online collection from store 10 minutes later. Brought it back following day as I opened boxed to look. Didn?t like it. Not an issue according to curry?s website. Oh boy oh boy. We can?t re sell it etc etc as the box is open. Had to show the manager the rules and regs from his employer. Absolute disgrace. I blame covid. Too much power has gone to little folks heads. Beware.

Absolutely shocking, Store Manager clearly needs training on customer service. Does not articulate the right behaviours, body language or show a duty of care to his customers. Was interested in purchasing a duel cooker but found it cheaper else where, saw the sign instore they do price match from any UK online or store base. Thought great will get from here if this is the case. When the Manager was questioned he said needs to be exactly the same, which the model was but he then stated due to the other company doing next day delivery and them not having it instore he could not offer the price match. I disagreed with his judgement and he told me to refer to the 60 page documentation. Which in my opinion raises question of his management, integrity and understanding of who is the customer and who is the worker. I think the price match policy in Curry's needs to be updated to be including delivery. Short staff, shocking service and poor management. Will not be shopping in this establishment again!

We just went there to drop few things for recycling but all staff was great especially the gentleman on Dyson stand. Great customer service and although I am not big fan of Dyson's hairdryer I would buy the product from him. Great selling skills and always happy and polite.
