I am a regular customer and a young lady Zainam has always been fantastic! She answered all my queries regarding the gym and spa. Always smiling and cheerful. She would go out of her way toPoint me at the right direction when needed. And has given me some great tips on wellbeing too! I always have such a lush experience. I would highly recommend to join David Lloyd?s Spa! Great gym (the best) and outstanding customer Service! (The best)

A reasonable gym with many facilities but it is overcrowded. There are other David Lloyd gyms which offer more.I always find it difficult to find a parking space and even if you do, the gym is always packed so you don't get the chance to use the equipment you want. The gym space is small and they do not have enough machines and allocated space for gym area, as compared to other clubs of same size.I wanted to pause my membership for a month as I'm going away on holiday for a couple of weeks, but the gym only offers a 2 months pause. This is very disappointing and doesn't make sense.The gym price has increased since the beginning of this year but I do not see any significant changes to the facilities.

Great experience in the club today, compliments to Natasha & Jaden for excellent food and to Mary for wonderful Customer Service on the bar. The spa is excellent as well, really beautiful outdoor area. 5??

Great gym, clean and spacious. Spa is absolutely amazing, 5 * retreat!!! Also I lost my bag in changing rooms and it was handed in and looked after, I got lucky compared to some issues people had, but am thankful for that! I Highly recommend this club!
