I?ve been there a couple weeks ago, I brought my car to repair a stranger noise, they asked about service and I said NO, they fixed the noise and they did the full service which costs a lot even I?m saying NO SERVICE!!

Really ifficient !! I called on the morning and got seen and my car dealt with! Very reliable and friendly also - sometimes u get places that are all about making money off people BUT Deniz Auto are very genuine

I was recommended this garage by a mini cabbie and thought why not when Mercedes independent was charging me a lot of money for engine mounts replacement. The prices were reasonable for the job. They did good work on my Mercedes which is my pride and joy. Showing me old parts they replaced which gives peace of mind. I?ll be back to get my brakes done soon!

I would not use this garage ,if it?s the last garage on this earth. Very unprofessional. The boss is extremely rude and arrogant. I Am glad they never touched my car. It may have come out worse than how it went in. So, stay away from this garage.

Dodgy, avoid this company at all costs. I have reported them to DVSA, they pass MOT on faulty cars so that their dodgy friends can sell them one. Extremely rude and when calling them out, they stutter and cannot resolve the problem. Handed out my personal number to his friend as I was supposedly threatening them when in fact was calling them out for doing a poor job (also breaching GDPR by giving out my personal info which i?ve also reported). Do not go here, go to a trusted motors instead!

Love them guys there always treat each customer with respect and have respect for customers cars - if you're anything like me who loves and cherishes their car and they always provide a* service at very reasonable prices. They are always busy which is not surprising for their knowledge and skill but always make every effort to help every customer even those who may be passing by unlike other places who try ripping you off for the smallest things like asking for advice and help and making you feel lesser when you come with a specific problem. Always very welcomimg and every time I come, it feels like seeing family who know me and my car and even remembering what work was done two years ago! Very impressed ???

Had to share my fantastic experience with Deniz Auto repairs that I had today. Called them at 1pm and by 2pm I already had a quote and my car collected for new brake pads. By 4.30 my car was returned all sorted. Brilliant service, professional, polite and great value for money, I would highly recommend and will definitely be using again!Service: Brakes

Horrible experience! The mechanic here are rude and unprofessional.Only oil and oil filter change was done properly. They even forgot to check the brake lights as one light wasn't working. I have to tell the mechanic that needs to be fixed.Car diagnostic check is a scam. They said me there are no fault codes and later when I asked to see the report there was one fault. Also, they don't provide any car diagnostic report or pdf. So you never know if they did the diagnostic or not.*Never buy their Groupon coupons as they are scam and they treat you different if you are Groupon customer.Shame!

Avoid them. I have called them to book an appointment and when I went there they said the MOT employees are absent. so I've been asked to come next day. before I leave home I called to make sure that the MOT employees are present, they said yes they are. when I get there they said the MOT employees are absent. They just waste my time although I told them that my old MOT is due today.
