Sale item was delivered within a week and a made to order mattress was delivered within 3 weeks as advised at the time of purchase. “New, smaller store. Moving to a new site has resulted in a much reduced floor space, parking and product range. It's probably a better shop with less stuff in each aisle, but it's clean, tidy and bright. Overall it probably meets the needs of the reduced numbers of in store shoppers. Still got it's Trade Counter.”

She took her time and took me round the showroom and was very informative. Nothing was too much to ask, we spent loads of time chatting and making sure it was the right one.
