I had a bad experience yesterday.I had 2 kids and used the machine to deposit cash and this machine was new.Got a staff member come to me and said am I card account holder and I said yes.She said I am holding up the queue, told her the new cash deposit machine was slow.It is not my fault if the new machine was slow and there are only two people behind me.Why Halifax don?t have more cash deposit machine like other banks?Bad customer service as the staff was direct with me.Other 2 people behind went directly to the cashier to deposit cash. What is the problem?So basically one customer complaint and the staff went to me and tell me.She said if I have more 50 notes, I just go to the cashier directly. Then why have I not being told by the first staff. Also they need to put sign on the new cash deposit machine to suggest if customers have more than 50 notes go to the cashier directly to deposit cash.I am a Halifax customer for a very long and the management needs to train their staff on how to be polite to customers!

Today I went to the bank print my bank statements I got there on time this two stuff lady was doing nothing chat and one stuff on other desk was very busy with another 2 customer I had appointment at 9 : 50 am with universal credit I ask the two ladies who was chat do nothing I ask one of them to come do me a favour quick was so rude and don't not care about help then I had to wait for a long time almost one hour I got in I got in I print my bank statements t I running out late for my appointment I don't go a chance to get inside my appointment if I could recomend my friends or my family to apply this bank no I won't I rather apply for another bank which I am going to soon

Had an utterly appalling experience at this branch today (my local of 30 years +). Made to feel like a criminal whilst simply attempting to update my phone number with them. One star is too many!

Hello, on Saturday I was in the enfield in the bank of Halifax and I see the employee closing the gates and she told me that they are until 1:00 and my working hours are until 3:00 and she tells me Go to one They work until later and I just got lost so in vain how can you work so early to close two hours there was time at 1:00 are closed at noon

The staff here are always very helpful and welcoming. Other banking staff members could take a leaf out of the Bank of Halifax staff. Ad they are indeed very warm and welcoming. Furthermore, their services are alwsys on point. Also their queuing system can be very swift. As supposed to other banks whereby you could be waiting for ages to get served but this bank is always swift with their services and also smiling and welcoming&warm.

Terrible service, this is my local branch, the other so called "local" are miles away and so I have been there numerous times and you have to flip a coin as to whether the branch is open or closed.It has been closed for various reasons over the past 3 years, usually I.T issues, paying in machines and cash machines not working, the heating doesn't work in the winter and the air conditioning don't work in the summer. Also closed due to lack of staff or open with minimum staff, even before the Covid pandemic, queues were frequent. I have made numerous complaints to Halifax Head Office about this branch but no improvements have ever been implemented. Gotta be the worst branch in London!

we went to open a account and they have only one tablet to all the stuffs , we waited for long time and when start the application we did all the process without the comfortable of a chair ou table .
