I recently visited Kwik Fit Enfield for new tyres, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff at Kwik Fit Enfield were friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. I pre-booked the tyres online from the options. It offered perfect tyres for my vehicle, considering my driving needs and budget. Had my mot done, they?ve put advisory oil leak on my engine, then I checked it myself there was no leak or sign of leak whatsoever, so I took it to my local garage to make sure and after a detailed check they couldn?t find any oil leak either, so when I sell my car theres going to be OIL LEAK on MOT history they just don?t care tho because it?s not their money thats being lost.

Having booked online. Entered garage they found my details easily and started the work according to my appointment slot. Tyre fitter also had knowledge on BMW idrive system with regards to tyre recognition system, so he was able to assist with getting car to recognise new tyres.

Very bad service. They don?t even welcome you when you enter the reception. I booked an appointment and left my office early to get there. They told me there is no Exhaust engineer. They told me that they will call when the engineer is available but they never called. I booked another appointment in Enfield branch and they had the same attitude and told me they are not checking my car?s engine. Totally waste of time. People are coming there to spend their money and you are acting bossy to customers. You should change that attitude.

Yes very good Customer service & the Team We're Great Polite & helpful, They sorted out the wheel wobble problem I had on my Motability Toyota CHR and a Few weeks back I had a nail with a slow puncture in rear tyre it was repaired with prompt professional workmanship, Cheers

They failed my MOT even though there were only minor repairs needed just so I can take it back to get it retested and pay a further £24. E.g my windscreen washer was empty and they put down ?broken windscreen washer,? under major repairs. They clearly took advantage of the fact that I?m a female. I would never return again

I've been here a few times for MOT and have had a good service. I was initially happy but when leaving I saw that my suede seat was very wet on one side and is now stained. I was going to go back in just to check that it was water and what had happened and speak to someone but they started to close everything up.

Terrible service and poor problem solving. Problem they, Kwikfit caused. Booked online, I received confirmation email. I Received appointment confirmation text day before appointment reminding me to attend my booked slot. On arrival I was refused service because booking was not in their system!!!! Staff at Enfield had not acceptable solution even after I produced all the appointment confirmations. Such a failing shameful service shame on you all at Kwikfit.
