As a regular customer I love coming to Lashious Beauty in Enfield for Sylvia to do my nails. Quality service and quality finish without being ripped off. All the ladies are super welcoming and the atmosphere is not 'clicky' like other beauty places. Definitely my number 1 place to feel great.

The worst lashes ever . The room was not quiet the lash technician?s phone was ringing all the time. I did not like the result and I kindly asked her to remove it which she did. I asked her if the lashes were individual and she lied they are 3D. A week after all OFF

Just had my first laser hair treatment with Nilgun. She is such a lovely person, professional, calming and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole treatment. She talked everything through with me thoroughly before I started and also spoke to me regarding aftercare too. Already saw a difference after 1st session so cannot wait for the next ones that come up. Definitely recommend her and I will be booking future appointments with her in the future as she is so good, thank you Nilgun! ?? ?? ?? ??Service: Laser hair removal

Called this morning to cancel my appointment due to being unwell and literally just got rushed off the phone. The woman barely asked for my details and then just kept saying okay bye, bye,bye!!!! Won't be rebooking ever again.This salon has gone down hill.

Had a brilliant experience . The wonderful Matilda shaped my eyebrows and tinted my lashes and eyebrows, plus Ellie has been doing laser on my face; the results are great. Will be visiting again.

My first time going into a nail salon so not sure if my opinion is realible. I have psoriasis nails, and they were willing to try to work with it, which i really appreciate. Got gel nail, and it looks nice imo. My nail looks thick, making it look like I have normal nails again. Its also so shiny and clean. Think only downside for me is the price which was £27 - mind you I don't go to the salon so not sure if the price is good or not. Staff was very nice and sweet.

Please do not waste your time and money. I have never experienced such a poorly managed establishment. My nail technician was distracted and shouting across the salon. I should have left when I could but I was talked into continuing. The technician filed the whole of my nail leaving them in a very poor condition. The finished treatment looked dreadful and only lasted a few days instead of the promised few weeks. I am still annoyed with myself that I actually paid.

After having used the salon over a number of years for gel nails, I'll never return after the last visit. The woman who did my finger nails was incompetent and dangerous. First she filed down the surface of my nail, something no one has done before. When I explained she was hurting me she didn't seem to understand and continued, telling me I must have thin nails. I didn't. Sadly I do now. Her application of the polish was poor and the finish was sloppy that other nail 'technicians' commented on it. The polish chipped in less than 12 hours.What has been worse is having removed the polish after two weeks as it was in a poor state, I'm left with paper thin sore nails that I've never experienced before.I will never return to the salon.To add insult to injury, despite complaining at the time I was charged for the awful experience and appalling job.Disgraceful.

Had an appointment booked for eyebrows. When I arrived they said the lady I booked with was busy.There was only one other person available for eyebrows and the customer she was currently doing was not happy with her eyebrows. She said she has ruined them. I decided to take the risk anyway. My eyebrows were also ruined. Do not recommend. What?s the point of making an appointment if the person is going to be busy? Do not go here.

Im not happy at all with the service that I received . The staff told me that gel nails/shellac lasts up to 3 weeks, but it lasted 3 days instead and they charged me £30 for it without eve doing a manicure or cutting away my cuticles.
