I think the McDonalds was nice to go to after watching a movie at cineworld. It was pretty pack and a lot of groups of people there which made me quite anxious, but I don?t think that?s fixable. Staff was ok and food was the same as any other, normal McDonalds.

Absolutely livid. Ordered a meal for my family with a money off voucher. Payment didn't go through so I attempted to pay again. Won't let me use the voucher. The manager was very unhelpful. Forced to remove the voucher in order to pay again and feed my family. Got home to find out they gave me a mcchicken sandwich instead of the chicken big Mac. Missing a filet o fish and cheesy bites and to top it off the first payment did go through and therefore has charged me twice. Only thing to assist me this time of night is a virtual assistant that is so slow and next to useless. Will just wait till the morning and take it up with someone from customer service over the phone

Staff always get orders wrong and then when you go in to complain they get the hump. I've had to drive back because you employ people that speak broken English.

It's really nice. My son loves Mcdonald he also Autistic but there is a big problem with Mcdonald at 8pm. All seating area is close off upstairs, and my son loves to eat in, and sometimes there are no available tables.

Just had multiple members of staff outright ignore me.The monopoly event runs until today, all screens inside and outside (drive through monitors) are advertising that you still get monopoly stickers when you buy certain food.We decided to get a meal each for a last ditch effort to get some of our missing pieces.We ordered through the app, waited in our bay and when the food arrived.No monopoly stickers.None on the drinks, none on the burgers, none on the chips.We asked the person why there wasn't any stickers, and she walked away ignoring us.So brought the food inside and asked at the main counter.One member of staff there understood me and asked another member of staff.This member of staff was very rude, as she blankly stated "promotion ended, no more stickers" and then turned around and ignored me outright.I asked more questions as I knew that was untrue, and pointed out that the screens behind her are still advertising it and it's still on the app so it hasn't "Ended" like she said.She continued ignoring me.I understand how busy the job can be, and I couldn't care less about the monopoly stickers if they gave me a valid excuse, but to lie and to ignore me is completely unacceptable.Went back to the car with all the food, no monopoly stickers, and another one of our group took the receipt and went in to talk to the manager.Only to then be told that they have run out of the stickers.Well why wasn't I told that to begin with?Why isn't there signs on the drivethrough and the screens inside telling everyone that there's no stickers??The monopoly promotion does influence our choices and makes us as consumers buy more to get more monopoly stickers.So the fact that the manager and the staff knew there was no stickers, not telling anyone until it's too late and even attempt to lie about it is ridiculous!Honestly love this Macdonald's, go here often after work to de-stress but now I feel so disrespected and I don't know if I will go back there now after this..Completely ruined the atmosphere and overall feel of the place now.

Very helpful staff having been stuck on m25 for hours needed a toilet and food stop. This is where I came. What a kind an caring staff who were so helpful. I m disabled and having sat for so long in a car I was having mobility problems. They cared and attended to helping me get my food and also getting to the toilet. I can't thank them enough. Well done McDonald'sParking: Ii am disabled and got a disabled place right by the entrance

Wish I could give this place -5 star review as it awful to order food from, they forget food every time and never serve any one at the window, you always get bayed and then have to try and find a space in a tiny carpark.
