Visited yesterday to upgrade my phone. Excellent service from Jibril, very helpful and patient - superstar. There were several of us oldies in store and all the staff were very helpful, kind and patient. Very good experience, so glad I went there.

Had a good experience when I visited O2 today. Gentlemen named Sam 10/10 for him. He took his time to deal with our problem and tried his best to help us out. He definitely needs a promotion. Sam was helpful and reassuring, and sorted out the issues we had, going over and above to ensure we had a working phone, he took the time to sort this despite pressure of a busy shop. The customer service was amazing.

Do not use if you are elderly, disabled or vulnerable. They will rip you off with extra charges. I opened an e sim only contract for my elderly father and specifically asked O2 to put a 0 spent cap on it. Not only have they charged him 5 pound daily but they refuse to take it off. They are literally stealing his money and he cant even cancel the contract. I tried to ask for a call back from a manager which the operator refused to do. The shop was useless when asked for help as so is O2 customer service. Absolutely stay away!!!!

Was at the shop few days ago and i'm very satisfied with the service.Stephanie was very kind and helpful, she explained and helped me for all i needed , also her colleague was very nice and helpful.They gave me a very good offer and i much appreciated.Stephanie thank you for your kindness and help ,i would give you more starts if i could ?

Recently 02 has had a fault with their lines and the Internet was down for over 2 weeks, my mum went in to the enfield store to find out when it was going to be fixed, the assistant instead of checking when the fault was going to be fixed tried to sign her up for virgin media and was half way through doing it before I arrived, he lied about everything just to try and get the sale when confronted was extremely rude, avoid at all costs

It started well but after 5 days my number still hasn't been migrated over to o2. Customer services at o2 are useless and the Enfield o2 shop does not answer their phone at all. Had to give 1 star otherwise could not post my review.
