“After Lloyd's Pharmacy took an hour to tell me that the antibiotics I needed were not in stock I was ready to kill someone.. they released my prescription and I decided to take it to boots and despite a long queue and a few difficult customers they dispensed my prescription within 20 minutes.. can't fault them and from now on my automatic prescriptions from the doctors will be going to boots, despite Lloyd's being opposite my doctors pretty much.”

“My mum and I went to this particular Well Pharmacy on Ordance road on the 26/10/2022 for our Covid19 vaccinations.We were left extremely pleased with the service provided by Keval in particular. He was very professional, friendly, empathetic, agreeable and just generally made mum and I feel at ease.I can also say that I didn't even feel my vaccine and experienced hardly any sensation at all and I think this is because Keval showed knowledge of exactly how he wanted me to position my arm so that he could correctly and effectively administer the vaccination.Overall we have nothing to complain about and we were really pleased with the treatment we received.”
