Popped in there this morning needed some help and advice on replacing sink waste was served by a gentleman called Mike both he and the team went over and beyond Excellent customer service to ensure I could make the repair effectively. Would highly recommend to any plumber or DIYer.

Mike is always there when I need him, which most of the time is last minute?let it be a small thing like a replacement part for the inside of a toilet tank or a large thing like a boiler and all the associated bits. He never lets me down.
Not to mention the prices are always great and he always has alternative solutions for similar quality to suit any budget, usually saving you money, as it?s called value engineering.

Came across Plumb Inn Merchants by chance as another plumbing shop let me down. Needless to say that I won?t go anywhere else now.Had the pleasure of dealing with Amanda. Lovely and upbeat attitude despite the shop being understaffed because of COVID 19. Amazing service, excellent pricing and delivered my bathroom unit within 24 hours of getting it in stock.Thank you Amanda.
