Poor service, and inaccurate information, Man refused to give a proof of postage for a business reply letter with an logical reasoning, went to Southgate branch and they posted with no issues, gave proof of postage, and letter was received fine by recipient.

I like and prefer the branch, but absolutely appalled by the cost of any postage now - it's only for those who can afford it. It adds to the forcing online of traditional activities such as keeping in touch with relatives - not everyone wants to have online as the only real option.

*Don?t send parcels from here* The man behind the counter (rudest person I have spoken to all year) will not tell you the price for sending the parcel until you have bought new parcel packaging in his shop. Once you buy the new packaging, as he demands you must do, he will shock you with the cost of sending so that even if you are not prepared to pay the extortionate price, you still make him some money.The old man in there probably has some bad karma coming his way because he treats his costumers like dirt under his shoe.

Had some parcels to send. Lady behind the counter was very friendly, greeting you with a smile (which is rare these day)Very fast service and very happy with visit. Will use again for sure ; )

Really it's 0 stars, the couple that run it are aggressively rude & racist. (come like rottweilers) when the school children come in he stands on shop floor & she serves them, if your waiting for the post office you are just left if you say anything she goes on the attack then in comes a woman SHE'S A KAREN (with her big teeth & glasses she come like deirdre from coronation street) half way through a conversation to defend the rottweilers without knowing what's going on cause it's her regular post office.Takes a picture of me saying just incase the police need it as you can guess i'm black if that doesn't scream racism i don't know what will.Karen just needed to be a part of something.This couple need to be replaced disgusting behaviour.

Fast and efficient service for a parcel I had to send. Open on a Sunday, the lady explained it wouldn't be picked up until the Monday, but I was happy enough that a sub post office was able to take it on a Sunday!

They deserve a 0 but sadly that?s not possible had the absolute worst experience today. I walk in with my friends and look around the magazine section to see anything interesting and this man that works started yelling at us for no reason saying we aren?t allowed to read the magazines. As well as that we were told to get out for doing absolutely and nothing and we?re also told to ?get lost?. ITS A 0 for the disgraceful customer service. SHAME ON YOU

I'm absolutely shocked at the negative reviews cos from the first time I've been here over a year ago, I've always found staff to be friendly, professional, caring and helpful. I've been here in good times, bad times, worst times, desperate times and mellow times. Regardless of my mood, I always find staff have in some ways they didn't even realise have helped me feel better. Due to their friendly banter, I've ended up engaging in convos with other customers and everyone chipping in and having a laugh. In saying that, one of the times this happened there are another customer who stormed off cos they clearly hated the sight of happy staff and happy customers engaging in talks they were either not interested in or just were too sad to see others happy. Either way, this is my go-to post-office despite the bus ride but always worth it. I've been here to carry out various transactions from posting to atm services in store, all flawless and will say massive "thank you" to the staff. Keep up the great job cos you're healing people on your small ways but you don't even know it. Thank you!!!??????
