8:37 over ten people waiting outside, some people left already. Review wouldn't be here if it was a first time... Rushing to work we rely things on time. Disappointed

Love this store, Cheap and cheerful always busy especially at the paypoints but usually staff at hand to help though not always enough staff. Good selection of stock and store pretty much clean, tidy and stocked.

The five star customer service award goes to HEMA.The kindest worker, with the most amazing customer friendly approach ever.We were lost and unsure with my wife, but thanks to that particular lady we got the help we needed.The shop is awesome and it has a lot of cheap stuff to buy for any reason whatsoever.

I could not believe how slow to pay and wasn't even moving I did know why the Roberts was not on as never seen that bad in that store before so I put my items down and walk out this was a nightmare and it was at the some time as Monday at 15:30

Staff are not that friendly nor helpful when it comes to the tills. The set up for the tills os tight if you have a wheelchair or buggy and people love to stand in the way of doors
