This delivery office had some great postal workers in the past. They're all gone now. There is one employee at the counter who is always grumpy, Seen him hitting the computer and shouting at the screen. Probably due to the horribly outdated and slow system that royal mail have never been bothered to update.Recently I've had my parcel stolen from the postbox which is next to the stairwell of our block of flats. There's only 6 flats here and everyone knows eachother fairly well. Never in my 10 years has this happened. And I've got a feeling there's a crooked royal mail worker roaming about. I've put an enquiry to the manager. Been 2 weeks already with no response.Nowadays I just order my stuff to work since there's security there to overlook, and I cant be bothered to waste my time with their shoddy customer service, if that's what's you would call it...

Always had a good experience here. Customer behaviour on other hand is disgusting. I?ve seen people swear and get aggressive with the staff in the office because the customer didn?t bother to collect an item and it was returned to sender. That?s just one example on many occasions.What do you expect? Answer your door or get a bit more organised. Check with your neighbour. Have a bit of respect.Can?t fault the staff.

Enfield Royal Mail recruit Thieves. The postman Kevin who delivers down the ride or the EN3 7E area has stolen my sons I phone. He also stole a package last week and Royal mail have done nothing about it. He is still out delivering and stealing people's packages

Received a card nearly a week after it was completed to pay a fee due to insufficient postage. Went to visit the delivery office and it was closed on Sunday. Tried several times to pay online and there's a fault on their payment website. Finally managed to get to the office to find Ive missed the item and its returned t sender. Awful service, high postage costs. Hardly ever open and opening times, clashes with when I need to commute to or from work. Are they trying to lose all their customers?

royal mail as a whole is disgusting, all they know how to do is charge extra to deliver to the wrong house, or send it to a collection area when u paid for home delivery, customer service can go to hell, how dare i wait an hour for you to pickup and one of the employees hang up on me? royal mail is also hard to contact, save urself the stress and look for another delivery service if u can

So had a supplier send an item last weekend on a next day special service costing over £7 .....Next day nothing , day after nothing..called into the depot to enquire ...what a chocolate fireguard they are....Royal Mail are in terminal decline across the country hence why they have lost so much business to Evri etc ...Your staff are wasters, lazy and unfriendly ....you do not deserve to be in business...... time to go bankrupt lads

Look, I like the majority of the postal workers I've come across from this delivery office....but have heard first hand on a number of occasions how understaffed they are. That in turn leads to many issues. The latest is that they're just not turning up for booked collections, even when I've paid for next day special delivery. This means I've got to go out of my way to physically take it to the delivery office so its actually delivered the next day. The thing that firther exacerbates my frustration is when I turn up and there's a note on their locked gate stating opening hours have changes....to a measly 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening....that conveniently coincide with rush hours. What's more, these at the time hadn't been updated on the website...and to this day still haven't been updated on Google. Its completely useless to only have the delivery office open at these times, especially if you aren't going to turn up for parcel collections. Usually I would pop down in my lunch, or on a Sunday when my husband is at home to watch my little one. But now I can't even do that. Really frustrated in what is an incredibly dwindling service that just continues to get more expensive.

they say delivery attempted 3 times, but no red card left?!? really? then I tried to collect, just to find their ridiculous new opening times - 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening, and no sunday anymore, and all days before 6pm, how to collect after work?!? I want that working time too, 4 hours per day...

Opening times incorrect on here. Tried to pop in at 3pm and it's closed when it says it's open on Google.
