This branch consistently delivers a wonderful shopping experience as I've been a loyal customer for years, and here's why:The store is exceptionally well-organised, making it easy to find everything on my shopping list. Whether it's fresh produce, pantry staples, or specialty items, they have a wide variety of products to choose from. The produce is consistently of high quality, and the store maintains impeccable hygiene standards. I always trust that I'm getting the best when I shop here. The staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. They create a welcoming and customer-focused atmosphere that adds to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend it for its excellent selection, quality, and exceptional customer service.

This sainsbury's rarely has good stock across the store, and since they installed the gates by the entrance and exit of the store the employees seem to think it's okay to treat everyone that comes to do their food shop as criminals.I use the self-check out tills as it's quicker and I want to be in and out, as I get overwhelmed by the amount of noise and light and chaos at any supermarket. We have had multiple situations where the employee looking after that area is rude to us for no reason what so ever.Today I was scanning my items and putting them on the scale, and the employee came over (I did not have a red light), and started checking my screen and put the items back into my basket but did not remove them from the scanned list. As if to make me scan the same items twice? No explanation what so ever, I was left confused as to why she approached my till and why she put the items into my basket when I already scanned them.Just because the store clearly has issues with theft, doesn't mean you should treat your regular customers as criminals. It is unjust and makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong when I am simply trying to purchase my items. Maybe it's time to change and start going to the nearby ALDI instead, where might I add the quality and price of vegetables has been significantly better than what Sainsbury's has been selling for the past few months. Even just comparing the size of individually sold red peppers at Sainsbury's versus ALDI, you're paying more for less here than at your nearby competitor store.Shame on you Sainsbury's.

Car park is on the second floor. Take the stairs and go down two floors. The shop appeared pretty unkempt compared to some of the other Sainsbury's we've visited.

We use it because it is local but it is poorly maintained, service is not the best, the lifts are often not working to the car park and that itself is poorly designed. For a bigger shop and much higher standard of Sainsbury's, we drive to their Conley Fields store.

Refuse to open more checkouts.Have to wait an eternity or go to self check out with a trolly full of shopping.Must do better or my weekly will go elsewhere.

Dirty , dreadful till experience ; nobody is ever on them , on the self checkout there is a member of staff who holds the bags hostage plus a queue whilst other staff members meander ; god forbid we should try and have a staffed checkout!all the surrounding areas are filthy how they can sell food I have no idea a health inspector needs to check it ou

Very nice shopping experience, I have visited many times and it's always a stress free place to shop. Never seems overcrowded. Sadly there is no pharmacy any more but there are Chemist shops nearby.

Yesterday the New Barnet store was freezing cold. What was worse they only had one person on checkout out. I was told it was because it was lunchtime. Where was the manager. Clearly they want to use the self checkout. Plenty of is older people don't want to.The store itself is nicely laid out.

If you want to experience queuing for long periods of time and feel like you are trapped in the 1970s, this is the store for you.Rarely have more than more cashier at any time despite the swathes of people with trolleys. If you go, be prepared to wait forever and knock off a few years of your life. Plenty of empty shelves too for the 1970 vibe.Awful store. Avoid at all costs.

As a pupil, I go here SO often. It is really good for buying things you need: such as: tin opener, good drink, bath mat, ruby red lipstick. Would recommend. Have a good day

This is a shocking place. Never going there again. Never ever any tills open. Maybe one with long queues and madness at the self services. And it is now shocking with the staff, no customer services at all!!!! They all looked depressed and could not move any quicker ever for anyone.Plus lift always broken. It is now a dump

I went there yesterday.30 people were in the queue at the self check out, and only one till was open?!?The rest of the staff was just wandering around with one one them constantly announcing that shop will close in 10 minutes?! Open more tills then and speed up the check out process!

I just want to pay for my shopping and come away as long as it payed for its doesn't matter what bloody till I use!! The staff that I used always charge me double on some items! Bloody fuming!!
