Ordered online - whole consignment was damaged. No apology, no compensation - instead insisted I fill out forms and go through nightmares.Would never recommend, very upset sit customer service and attitude therein.Won't be shopping here / online again - good luck ripping people off!

The shop isn't welcoming at all!They keep all their rubish, empty cages, boxes, etc. right outside the shop on the pubiic pavement in the centre of Enfield Town!It is going on for few months now. They are blocking own windows' displays.On windy days their rubish goes all over the place.On Christmas Day as well as New Years Day we had nice Christmas lights on Church Street and display of Savers' rubish outside the shop on the pavement!Enfield Council doesn't seem to be interested in this ongoing problem!

I visited the store on 10/01/2023 in late afternoon.I bought 2 products.There was a big queque to the checkout and only one preson serving who didn't even attempt to ring the bell for the help to serve the customers.After a long wait I was served.There was no welcome or smile from the cashier.My bill came to £ 4.49.I gave the cashier £ 20.50.The change should be £ 16.01.I was given £ 14.01 which was £ 2.00 short.When I pointed that she didn't give me enough change she looked confused,annoyed that I make troubles and called the manager.When manager arrived ask me" what was my problem?" And while I was explaining the error I could clearly hear the cashier saying "oh my god" like I was wrong asking for the correct change and being a troublemaker!The manager gave me the £ 2.00 difference but has never appologised for the error.Both the cashier and the manager were very unprofessional and unpleasant.A very dreadful experewnce!
