Purchased sofa in store with staff help, was told arms were detachable only to receive the sofa this morning unable to fit due to mis sale and arms in fact NOT detachable, item not as described by staff. Currently hoping for a resolution. Disappointed.

Staff helpful in store. But sofology sofa quality is extremely poor. My parents bought a sofa bed and 2 seater sofa to accompany it. Sofa?s cushion part of the sofa bed has pretty much disintegrated and has started to part from the arm rest.Customer support are rubbish even though parents paid for warranty on springs etc, won?t bother coming out now to change springs which have come off.Bought a corner sofa for my place and only 4 months in sofa cushions have started to flatten. Really comfortable to begin with and only a month in sponginess wears off. Not what you expect on spending close to £3k and 1.3k respectively. Can tell they have gone with Cheap quality and high profits.Go with other sofa companies, sofology quality is rubbish, overpriced and long wait time.

I?d never visited a Sofology store before as I assumed they were online only. Shanice, the Sales Associate, was excellent. She has great brand knowledge, is trend & taste aware, was warm & welcoming, seemed interested in finding a sofa suitable for my needs & I was left to feel free to browse without any pressure whatsoever. The sofas I sat on seemed to be of sound construction, came in a selection of colours & were firm yet comfortable. I felt there could be more accent chairs as I?m not keen on 3 piece suites. I didn?t see anything that hit the bullseye as I?m looking for mid century modern but, based on today?s visit, will definitely return.

Staff are good and knowledgeable in their field. The available sofas and furnishings are well made and cover a large variety of styles. Finance is easy to arrange and staff are well informed. There is disabled parking and disabled entrance.

The worst service I have ever experienced from any company.Sold me a cancelled order (new) sofa, that when delivered was second hand and looked like it was for the skip.Then arranged a replacement that didn't arrive on the scheduled date, so waited in a whole day for nothing.Absolutely useless company with terrible customer service.Still ongoing problems and an open official complaint.Wouldn't use Sofology again even if they offered me free sofas for life.Avoid like the plague.

Firstly big shout out to Imi for helping me find my dream sofa!! I had quite an ask for her knowing what I wanted was very specific as I had a certain gap that I wanted it to go in. She took her time and took me round the showroom and was very informative. Nothing was too much to ask, we spent loads of time chatting and making sure it was the right one. The delivery lead time can be long so bare that in mind when you are looking to purchase but I can say it?s worth the wait! Im so happy with my sofa and it?s exactly what I wanted. After months of searching with no luck Imi helped me find my dream sofa. Great quality and love showing it off to anyone that will look!! ???

Sold us sofa shield, then when we tried to use it for a stain, claim got rejected. Waste of £156. It?s a scam clearly. What?s it for if not for accidental stains?! Steer clear.

On entering it was fairly empty, and we were greeted by a member of staff who ran out his usual speech that he has said to many before us, boasting that they aren?t on commission and won?t pester us (pestering us already like a vulture circling). With that start it put us off and we won?t overly impressed by any of the sofas on display so we walked away after ten minutes of browsing here.

Worst company I've ever seen in my life. Although they said that the sofa I ordered was ready, it was delivered in 2 months. (As my wife is pregnant, we had to buy a color sofa that we did not want because they said it was ready in their warehouse.) My other head rest order was delivered wrong 4 months later and I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT. I requested the cancellation of the product and a refund. I said this both on the phone and by mail. They replied that they would refund me when they received the product.(????) Working units have no contact with each other. Employees coming for delivery want us to report that the product is wrong. I am your customer, not your employee. If there is a mistake in delivery, they have to report it. We've had every problem for months, please take this message and many more reviews into consideration and choose other companies that provide reliable quality service.

Jo Jo in the Enfield Store was so lovely and helpful with my elderly mum, she made the whole experience really good for her. She needed a tilt and ride chair to help with her Arthritic knees, and Jo Jo was so good at finding the perfect set for her, from choosing a colour to getting finance for it. I?d definitely say that Jo Jo is a really asset to the company.

Do not buy with these scammers!!!!The worst place you can buy furniture ! They lie about your delivery process ! The worst furniture company in the world in all means ! The inside sellers are just manipulators to sell sell sell and will always lie to their customers!I hope Sofology will shut down business because they don?t deserve to be in business!
