I was going to this shop today with my wife and they were rude and the manager that should halp me was even worse and it is the second time the were even laughing in my face ,they don t know what is respect I m really upset

This store's security thinks he's from the police!? he doesn't let you go inside and says that you can't go inside with an electric scooter and shows you a sign on the door that shows no visible ban on e-scooters!!! I was shopping there yesterday and there was no problem! I think that security failed the police exam and is taking revenge on people for his failure in life? Additionally, I called the service woman until I told her about the problem, she didn't know it existed until the security guard called again and told her about the policy, which doesn't exist! and finally I didn't manage to buy the slippers I needed for the hospital tomorrow because I have to have surgery there! I wish this security guard would one day be treated like he treated me ;) and I will add that this way you only lose customers!!!I asked the security guard for his ID number because I wanted to file a complaint against him, he refused and even threatened me! I called the store manager or the person responsible for the store to talk to her about it, she ran away and didn't want to talk to me! When I was leaving, she came to talk to the security guard!!! I do not recommend this store!!!

Can somebody tell me why my 15 year old son was stopped at the door, then asked to show the content of his bag, then when he refused , was denied entry!All he wanted to do was buy a football shirt! Teenagers don?t want to be shopping with their mum.Tried to ring for an explanation but no one picks up the phone there!Not happyP.S they only got a star because it wouldn?t post otherwise they wouldn?t have even got that

This store is the worst I have ever been to. Rude staff, rude manager. Just kids playing shop keepers. Stock is awful. Just don?t waste your time here. Go to the Brookfield Farm one where they are actually helpful and friendly. Shut the Enfield one down and put something worthy there.

I?ve purchased a £60 trainers 15/04/23 12 days ago, only to realise the left toe area has a defect, I am well in my 28 days return policy, I attended this store only to face ?oh, where is the box?? I told them I wasn?t informed about having the box it has been recycled, the trainers has a defect and they wanted to exchange it and sell it to the public again. The sad excuse for a manager named marta attended, she accused me of not being there with the box 1, 2 she then alleged I washed the trainers which I did not. Clearly she was being difficult just because she could, one excuse after another I was refused my rights as a customer. This stores management has no honesty, integrity or ethics. She was so rude, laughing at me, in front of staff and other members of the public and accusing me of something which was not true. Boycott this store and remember keep your boxes as they will try and justify their bad actions by any means. If you ever happen to take back any item with a defect, please make sure they return it not put it back on the shelf. Clearly by the actions of this person, they put a defected product on the shop floor and I was duped into buying it. No more purchases will be made in sports direct due to this awful, shameful behaviour.

Their company policy is that you can't get refund back. And the voucher will expire in 12 months.\\n\\nIn todays modern life I find this disgusting.

I have been in here several times to buy trainers and every single time I have asked for my Size 11 Mens Size in about 7 trainers and without even bothering to check they have said to me for each one "sorry out of stock". Also the staff especially in the trainers department they can not be bothered they did the same to other customers as well when I was there as one man asked for four different trainers size 9 and they didn't have his either.The staff are all hired to promote a specific sports look but they have an attitude problem and would rather be somewhere else. This is why I purchased from Sports Direct online, However they sent me a prepaid label for my faulty trainers and then claimed they were lost and would fob me off with different random answers when I contacted online webchat. Til today I have not been refunded and it has been 2 months since I sent the trainers back. This means I am without my money and trainers. I will never give business to this rubbish company.If you read my webchat pictures I have posted you will see for 2 months I have not been refunded and the very last webchat they promised 3-5 days they will refund me but it is now 11/10/2022. Many people who bought online from sports direct have posted on Sports Direct Facebook Page and also Trust Pilot that their parcel was "lost" and they were never refunded for returning their goods. This seems like a scam to me. How can so many people's return parcels using Sports Direct's Returns or prepaid label all go missing in transit.I would advise everyone DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM STORE. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS STORE. I HOPE UK GOVERNMENT LOOK INTO THIS SCAM AND SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN.

Tags displayed two for 17.50 deal, otherwise the item was 11 quid for one. When buying, the item did not register for discount. I asked why and since the colours of the item were different the barcodes were off and the discount could not be applied. Completely the same item but different colours basically. I have never had these specifics elsewhere but find it annoying.

Extremely rude staff, asked for a particular model shoes in a different she straightway refused to find us that particular shoe. Fob us by saying whatever is in the display aisle it?s what they have. Asked the manager they straightaway looked onto the device and found the right shoes?pretty bad service

2021 and you?re still handing out credit notes instead of a refund?! What??I had to give it one star to express my opinion otherwise I would have given 0 stars.Store overall is trash, terrible selection, way too much dead stock, especially on the rails which you cannot even reach if you wanted to have a look - so you have to ask for staff and they just call younger staff to come and do it. It just looks like a big mess, you walk around and you are literally knocking into other rails. Way over staffed and sneakers? DEAD. Majority are pairs you will not see at other stores. Sometimes you may get lucky with OG Reebok classic pairs but other than that, it?s just terrible.I bought 2 pairs of sneakers a few days ago. I saw them, I?ve had multiple of these sneakers in the past so I just bought them in my size. The quality on these were super trash and they really hurt my feet enough so I couldn?t wear them. I returned them to find out you do not accept refunds.How in the world are you doing a credit note in 2021 is beyond me. I asked to see the policy which was on display and to my surprise, the sign was literally half the size of an A4 sheet of paper.I asked to speak to the floor manager who could hardly speak any English, Tamana - she did not bother to give any kind of explanation, just saw the sneaker boxes and shook her hear and then walked off. I then asked to speak to the store manager, they told me she was busy, I said I was happy to wait. After 15 minutes, I was told she couldn?t see me upstairs as she was doing security, really? I went downstairs to security at front of house. Martha - she couldn?t answer most of my questions which was rather worrying as she has been working here for over 10+ years. She kept on saying that she is 1 of 3 managers. Accountability at its finest huh?I mentioned, surely you must of have many instances like this, do you not think staff at till points should mention this to customers or at least have a big sign that states this? They both did not seem bothered really and Martha said it?s over my pay grade. She then checked the sneakers looking for any excuse to say we cannot except them but found none lol. Smh. I was brushed off with a number of excuses. No empathy shown by staff, and when I questioned them they blamed management and again said it was over their pay grade. That?s weak and terrible for your brand. One of the staff at tills even called the company is low grade store, that?s why they do not allow refunds as company would lose money.Please be aware they DO NOT offer refund for footwear, I am not sure about anything else as I do not shop here.
