Wonderful nail salon. I recently went for my bridal nails and Elena was fantastic, taking time to go through the colour options and was incredibly attentive to making sure they were perfect. Two weeks in and they?re still looking great. Thank you!

Had my second appointment there yesterday and can?t recommend it enough! The space is clean and the women are so friendly and kind, they want to chat to you and always make sure that the work they?ve done is what you asked for. I had my appointment with Caroline and she was so lovely, gentle and caring about the nail art she did on my nails. Other clients were also chatting to their technicians while getting their nails done and it overall just created a nice environment to be in. Will definitely be back!

READ NEW EDIT BELOW!!!!! Was a loyal customer to the lab, came every 4 weeks for over 3 years. Please be aware even still, if you call to cancel your same day appointment (which you have never done before) due to being in A&E, you will be made to pay 50% of your appointment cost anyway. No care for loyalty or literal unavoidable medical emergency. Was spoken to in a cold, uncaring manner even though we had known each other for over 3 years.Just be aware they don?t care about you when it really comes down to it.EDIT 30/08/2023 - Even after their cold response, they in fact HAVE NOT REACHED OUT TO ME at all to discuss further. Also during the phone call, I explained that they have not even asked me for the reason and Holly replied with "yeah." so if that would have magically changed anything she would have asked. Instead she was happy for me to cry on the phone and take my money. Sorry but don't say you take into consideration "genuine and unforeseen circumstances" because you obviously don't if you can't even be bothered to ask for a reason why.I would LOVE TO DISCUSS THIS FURTHER but as of yet, no attempt has been made unfortunately. I used to really dislike getting my nails done as I found most salons to be overwhelming and like a conveyor belt of people. These ladies take their time yet very efficient, they really take care of you. Best thing is they don't use drills and my nails have become really strong. Highly recommend Caroline ??

Awesome service! I pick my skin around my nails due to stress and they have always managed to treat my nails and cuticles so well that they look absolutely healthy afterwards. I always feel comfortable and welcome (: Thank you so much!

Went to lab to get a full pedicure and shellac polish . Asked for a natural colour. They done a mistake and put 2 layers on one foot and 3 layers on the other foot was a completely different tone to the other . Ended up paying £50 and got told to return another day to get it corrected. Long story short had a very bad experience.They made me feel like it was my fault for their own mistake. Receptionist had a bad attitude and when I returned back to get it corrected they were adamant not to do them all again and to correct the faulty toes only however I declined this .seemed like one particular staff didn?t like it when I requested them to correct all toes and spoke in a different language and left it half way and another nail technician came to take over.Terrible customer service . Sadly wouldn?t be returning back

So glad I have The Lab on my doorstep - they really are the best salon I've been to. Super hygienic, and their attention to detail is second to none - gel is always so close to the cuticle but never touching and my nails always look perfect. Highly recommend!Services: Nail repair
