Room was insanely hot and the air conditioning unit didn?t work, bed was uncomfy. Shower head was faulty and spurted out onto the floor instead of the bath, and on top of that was freezing cold. We had to use the tap in the bath to wash our bodies. Bathroom door didn?t even shut so there was no privacy when sharing a room with two other people. Corridor outside our room smelt like farts that had been poorly covered up by a cheap spray. When we complained the staff weren?t very apologetic and were quite defensive and patronising towards us.

Wouldn't allow me to stay. No longer cash or walk ins like it says on site. Waste of my time. Set in Retail Park backs on to one of busiest motorways. Something to consider. Very isolated area,dark. Very convenient located,quite well connected for transport. If not driver than mini cab best option

The service we excellent, a very warm welcome from the staff. I'd say it's far from being in a nice area. Deffo wouldn't have been comfortable walking all the way to the train station and it'll cost 6-9 in an uber. I'd spend a little bit more next time and stay in London itself, when we were at ponders end station waiting for our uber back it was interesting let say. The Hotel also seemed to have lots of guests that look like they live there. Not the hotels fault but it felt a bit uncomfortable at times, almost like you were staying in someone elses house, hard to explain.Room was faultless other than the soap dispenser being empty. Very clean and everything worked. Comfy bed.Again staff were excellent and probably the warmest welcome I've ever had to hotel the lady on the desk was very accommodating.

Loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. Impossible to sleep unless you have earplugs and even then you can still hear the road noise. Have to pay to park. Only upside is that the beds are extremely comfortable.Rooms: Extremely noisy. Comfortable bed.

Would not stay again. Service is terrible. Check in staff ok, trying to order food a joke as the lady is off chatting in the kitchen. Sat and watched loads of people stood around waiting and then someone comes out the check in office and shouts at her to serve people. At midnight there are boyracers donutting cars in the car park. Room very basic I felt lucky to get pillows.

The bed sheets was little dirty which wasn?t good but I think because they was white stains aren?t for white sheets but it so busy at reception when we arrived but the lady who was on shift actually dealt with all so well on her own and if your disabled they meet your needs so well so I really appreciate that because most place we go they don?t and honestly I really appreciate the fact they try do hard to meet your needs the best they can I would definitely happily stay here againRooms: The only thing is if your on ground floor you have all the smokers standing right by your window smoking and you can smell that in your room I think you need no smoking on the premises and to put signs in place to say no smoking just because if your not a smoker it?s not nice you have to smell it people have to be little considerate of those who don?t actually smoke not everyone likes the smell of it

Only had 2 pillows on the bed the towels was dirty when was left on the floor for clean ones so towels wasn't changed had a dog howling all night people running up and down the hall and danging the door shut found hairs in the sink and shower which wasn't not mine also could here the traffic out side loud as window did not shut properly.
