Unprofessional, went to a branch in southwest London to get a door, the man said they don't have it however they have 4 in stocks in Enfield branch. Call Enfield to confirm. Went to Enfield they said they don't have it. What a waste of time, bunch of useless staff, they have time for smoke and keep customer waiting . No way going back there again.
