The staff a very friendly, from my experience \\u0026 I feel bad for them. As they?re under the cosh, and is just dealing with fall out from Riley House \\u0026 the state of the NHS.\\n\\nAvoid Saturday, even the staff will tell you to avoid Saturdays.\\n\\nImpossible to get through on the phone as they never pick up, likely due to dealing with the mess of the store.\\n\\nIt took an hour to get a prescription the other Saturday due to other staff not doing their job and leaving the place in a mess. Prescriptions bagged up but can?t be found.\\n\\nCredit to Yvonne \\u0026 the stand in pharmacist who did their best get over the ?chaos?.\\n\\nAs the Pharmacist said, ?people who depend on this medicine are being turned away and their lives are put at risk.? So thank you two both staff members for trying their best, but I just feel bad for the older people \\u0026 disabled who have to venture out in 31C to be told to come back another day or wait over an hour.\\n\\nI?d say avoid if you can. But I don?t think you?ll get much better anywhere else. Actually go private if you can.

So disappointed. Due to work I cannot always visit in person. 3 days, 20+ attempts to call later and still no one answers the phone. What is wrong with this pharmacy. Time for a change, can't have my elderly mum running out of meds or not knowing when prescription is going to be ready. Disgraceful. Looks like I'm not the only one!

They work very slowly. I wait outside for more than 1 hour. I am not satisfied at all.

They do not answer the phone. It's impossible to talk to them about anything. Very hit and miss on repeat prescriptions. I have complained to head office. I'm waiting for a response.

I work as a community support worker and one of my clients spends hours trying to get through on the phone to put in for a repeat prescription to no avail no one answers the phone. My client is a vulnerable adult and she needs her meds this well pharmacy does not help at all.

Terrible serviceI had to wait 48 mins for antibiotics with 39degree temperatureThe head chemist was slow and should not be allowed to work in that system he has set up for him self! he had around 20 people waiting and all he could do was be on the phone, as for the other staff they all ran around like headless chickens giving 0 serviceThey should not be licensed to work under those conditions, people were ill and made to wait around 40 mins to an hour! It?s ridiculous

Somebody please train them to answer the phone !!!!!! IVE CALLED EXACTLY 50 TIMES NO ANSWER, PHONE THEN TAKEN OFF THE HOOK SERVICE IS A DISGRACE !!!! Poor mum and dad over 80 years of age now need to get a bus not knowing if prescription sent from doctors this morning is there. If they can't answer a ringing phone what hope has this place got. Poor customers.

I have been a customer for 30 years. Great service up until a couple of years ago. Some staff are polite and professional, one member of staff always seems so stressed by their job, it translates to rudeness. I agree with other review that they do not let you know if/when they have your prescription and if you can get through on the phone, this same stressed member of staff will interrupt/cut you off mid sentence. Again, i'm sorry your job is stressing you so much, perhaps leave or find one that doesn't have such a negative effect on your customers. Also, they twice said they can't get my medication - but Shah MK chemist in Freezywater have either had it in stock or was able to order it in for the next day. They also answer their phone if you call. Time for a change for me.

I dont believe the staff here have any training above lvl 2 plus they're very sloth like. A queue could easily end up half way down the roadnif customers didnt breach social distancing.

Pharmacist is a much-respected profession. Sometimes however, you do come across an unfortunate breed of pharmacist, known by health professionals as 'failed doctors'. And, they really, really don't like to be wrong. Apparently, because I take antidepressants, I can't take certain OTC painkillers. I've since asked a couple of actual doctors about this statement. The reply? - "cough.. failed doctor... cough"... "with a complex.... cough". "Avoid that pharmacy". And you should avoid it too.

I have been going to Well pharmacy for several years now. The staff are friendly and efficient and they have always given a great service. Nice people.
