Had to pick up a parcel from here after UPS failed to deliver it. All the parcels and packages were just piled up in a corner and I was 'invited' to look for it. Found it at the bottom but I could have taken anything. Was asked to sign and did the usual unintelligible squiggle. I thought UPS would have a more professional arrangement!?
