Really rude lady pharmacist, basically told me she didn't have my meds, couldnt get my meds, couldnt offer an alternative for the dr to prescribe. The shop itself doesn't carry enough essential and always seem to run out of stuff.

I had the worst experience. They recently made mistake with my prescription and lose it and blame on me. And as far as i know i am 100 % certain i left with them before i went on holidays. Today i reached at the pharmacy at around 6.35 pm for my medicine. They close at 7pm. There was a lady named jagdeis, i can't remember the exact name but with indian background. She was so rude and said she has done all the paperwork and would not be able to serve me the medicine at all. I asked her why she always treats me so bad. she is rude always and also said she can banned me from the chemist just for asking why she is not willing to give me my medicine at 6:35. They still have 25mins to close the clinic. The worst experience i had as the medicine was very crucial for me. Just for turning up at 6:35 she did not want to work extra hours. I felt being neglected and racial abused. If it was any other english person she would have treated differently which i saw once when i came at 6:45. Never thought i would have such feeling and the services provided by such a big brand like boots to its customers.
I had to write this review to make people aware of such discrimination at this place.

This place is run by cretins. To call them imbeciles would be a compliment. They constantly make mistakes with prescriptions and are rude and arrogant. This place needs a complete revamp with staff who are professional unlike the present crew who think they are doing you a favour rather than providing a service. Currently, BEYOND ACCEPTABLE

I was served by mohammed, was 3rd in th queue. staff have no sense of urgency or sense of responsibility. I was told 15 mins waiting time, it took 21mins but thts understandable.
I was charged £16.40 for 2 different strengths of the same medication, I immediately stopped mohammed but he was very confident tht he was right, I asked him yet again if he was sure & he insisted 'You can chk & get a refund if its incorrect'
I checked online & also stepped out to go to asda pharmacy next door & I was advised tht it was wrong to charge £16.40 for same medication. Staff needs proper training. Wasted my precious time looking for the information online & also to confirm with a more competent health adviser. As far as I know, this is the basics of handing out NHS prescriptions. I was nearly conned today. I live 10 miles from this boots & was visiting a friend so I trusted Boots with my prescription; wouldn't want to be dealt with incompetent staff who don't kno the basics of their job!!! shame!!!
I would give him a pat on the back for apologising for the inconvenience but unfortunately I wasn't convinced with the genuinity of the apology!!!
