“Very clean and tidy petrol station. Only concern was there were no disposable gloves in the dispenser, and you had to go to the cashier to ask for them which rather defeats the whole point of social distancing.”

“We did what it would appear, what many others before us have done wrong……it appears there are two Hilton Garden Inn hotels at Heathrow airport. Both with the same brand name. We thought we had booked the one at terminal 2/3 . When we got there by taxi from central London, we were greeted by a very curt lady receptionist and told our reservation was at the other Hilton Garden Inn near terminal 4/5. We had to take another taxi to the Hilton Garden Inn Heathrow Airport on Eastern Perimeter Rd. It turned out perfect though. We were greeted by a very helpful and cheerful male receptionist . We had arrived two hours before check in but that was no problem. We were booked into our bright comfortable king room with a view of the runway. It had everything we needed for a rest & comfortable night before a long flight to Canada the next morning. We were staying in a 5 star hotel in London on the Strand and this Hilton Garden Inn Heathrow on Eastern Perimeter Rd was every bit as good. Lovely bed, clean, great bathroom, air conditioning and lots of storage space. Well done. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thank you. You deserve 5 out of 5 for service, comfort and the friendly welcome. Two senior traveler’s from Canada.”

“A petroleum service station that sells many items as well as petroleum. Also has a very good jet wash, so you can clean your car or motorcycle or van or whatever. So all’s good.”

“One of my go-to Essos as it's easy to get to, always quiet (or just by coincidence) and it's cheaper for diesel than any other Essos around the area. The mobile QR feature to fill and pay works just fine as I didn't have any issues.”

“Modern pumps with pay at pump, store is well staffed and have all the food and drinks bits you could want. Brilliant that it's on the main road but that also makes it difficult to exit when the road is busy.”

“Update: After contacting bp directly they have finally cancelled the ticket. Although it's a welcome relief I think this issue could have been avoided.I fully understand the reasons for having parking enforcement so close to airport. I am now assured it is not the intention of either bp nor mfg(operator) to penalise genuine customers.If anyone else facing similar issues I suggest contacting bp or mfg directly instead of appealing to Euro car parks. Euro car parks is all too happy to make money and will never cancel the ticket.”
