Myself and my husband visited yesterday in Feltham. We had to bring our 11wk old puppy with us. The staff were absolutely brilliant. I think Benji is the new Scrivens mascot. We spent nearly £700. But worth every penny. Thank you Feltham brach. ? xxx

Never really been happy with the usual high street opticians, so thought I'd give Scrivens a go, as they get consistently good reviews, and they did not disappoint.Very attentive to my needs, understood what I was looking for and didn't push me out of where my budget sat which I appreciated enormously. Shilpa the optometrist helped me understand more about my eyes and prescription than I've ever understood before which was wonderful, and Lesley, Emma and Dipesh helped me pick out some nice frames that suited my face.Very professional, they don't rush you - it's a proper service. I think I've found the opticians for me!

My wife has dementia and deafness. Kevin the audiologist was brilliant and the shop staff were very helpful. Would recommend them to anyoneto consult about hearing. Have not used the optometric department as have not used it.

My experience at scrivens Optician ( Feltham) was amazing. All the staff members are very professional. I was assisted by Mr Dipesh Pankania. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. One of the best opticians in Feltham. Highly recommended!
