You get a text stating your prescription is ready but then you get there & you gave to wait 20-30 minutes for it to actually be ready. Then you have to double check what you have in the bag, because 9 times out if 10 it will be wrong or missing items. The staff need training, this is people's medications that they are dealing with, any mistake could be life threatening. The only reason I've given 2 stars us because sometimes they get things right.

Usually I don't have any issues but today I did and found Rayan quite rude and unhelpful. A week andi I need Ed a certain tablet. They gave me a different make which I told them I prefer my original. They still have nor got them in and so asked for the make they offered me. Now they cannot do it as it is not on my prescription and to get my dr to change. But they were happy to give it to me last week. I said OK then and she just put the phone down on me . Rude

My grandfather is 90 years old and obviously cannot do much mobility on his own to collect his medication and this Tesco isn?t his main pharmacy instead the high street one in Feltham is, but because 111 sent a referral there, trying to contact them to see if it?s available there before going there is madness. No one wishes to answer the phone and leave you in the lurch to take that journey there and then to be told they may not have it which has what?s happened before and I didn?t pay attention much to that, but now I?m really apprehensive.

Went to the pharmacy to collect my prescription as I had a message to collect my medication, on arrival the lady gave me only one set of tablets which was pre prescribed by the doctor and I requested for my repeat prescription which I had done already few days ago. After about 20 minutes she comes back and shouted at me saying how many texts have I received from the pharmacy and I said one and I got so nervous and anxious and I developed a dry mouth. I hope they look into this matter and serve the customers with some kindness and respect.

What a nightmare it is going to this pharmacy. Even if the message you you get there and they can find it. Some of the staff need to be replaced as they just very unhelpful and not interested.Now all small pharmacy?s are closing down were are you supposed to go.

Calling since they open 6.30 no one bother to pick up. It's 7.44. Other tescos pharmacy did pick up within 1 call.

They no answer phone, just take the phone and hang up, the staff are not professional and they don?t have knowledge, I received a text message that prescriptions are ready but when I been there they said I have to wait half an hour to dispense them?

Had message sent that prescription was ready, yet on arrival they had misplaced it, its not the first time ive had issues with tesco dukes green pharmacy, not being notified and sometimes poor service .

Very slow service. You wait 10 minutes to be served and then your asked to wait another 15 minutes to receive the medicine. 25 minutes far too long. It's quick to see the doctor.

In my experience , the customer service is excellent. Helpful, solution based, communicative and polite. When I've asked for advice/recommendations on price comparisons with over the counter products , or what's recommended for a minor ailment etc staff have been cleareven when seeing your GP is the guidance. Would be most helpful if this pharmacy did the dosset box service, I would get my mother's medication from here in a flash. Thank you to all of the staff in pharmacy at Dukes Green.
